Lands' End — Local services in Cockeysville

I've been shopping at this location for many years without concerns however today was an exception. The customer service was lacking due inattentiveness and difficulty answering questions. I was there to purchase bathing suits. Fortunately, Cindy stepped in and saved the day (hence the 4 stars). She was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and highly effective. Without making excuses, Cindy explained that they were training new staff. If the new staff reflects Cindy's style and expertise, Lands End will have a stellar store on their books....

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was having a difficult time with LE through the website and was so frustrated, I called the Hunt Valley location hoping to get some direction. Christy Mills, the store manager, took all the details and my contact info and had the Head of Customer Service contact me within 15 minutes. I buy stuff from Lands End year after year. The clothes are terrific, comfortable and look nice for work or any time at all.

The stores are a bit of a letdown. They seem to run out of stuff real fast, there was very little there that I wanted. Not worth driving 25 miles for to Hunt Valley. Even for things that I might buy, discounts are better over the web, even with shipping, than those available...
