I absolutely love this Pilates studio! Every class is a great workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more energized. The atmosphere is so positive — you're surrounded by nice, encouraging women (and men), which makes it even more enjoyable.

The instructors are incredibly kind and approachable, always offering clear, easy-to-follow instructions, even for beginners. There’s a lot of variety in each class, so it never feels repetitive — and the time just flies by!

Brenda is the best. Period! I have been a student of hers since 2016. The classes are small and she pays attention to how you perform the exercise. Corrections are quickly delivered with a smile. Not once has there been a class where she failed to notice that I was favoring a sore joint. That observation results in her offering an alternative movement to strengthen that joint. Her book of knowledge is so vast that I often tease her that she is making things up. The classes are never boring...
