This is a spectacular lodging plus - beautifully remodeled with up to date modular no stain furnishings including ledge table tops - no drawers on the bedside - crafted stand alone closet with full size iron and ironing board. I had a queen suite with a wet bar including a sink - fridge and microwave- coffee maker with tea bags - coffee pods - decaf & regular plus condiments. The bathroom had a stand up shower with a hair dryer - lotion & hand wash located to the wall - shampoo - conditioner & shower get mounted to the walls in the shower - step carefully- no seat in the bathroom or vanity mirror - this was a regular queen suite - sofa bed - coffee and end tables with lamps. - eating table for 2-3 people. The bed felt divine with fresh sheets. 2 very large smart TV’s with the larger in the bedroom. Per request my room was close to the elevator on the 8th floor. The elevator glides seamlessly & slowly - see through on one side. There was a breakfast buffet with a variety of food selections including breakfast casserole- home fries- eggs - shredded cheese- made up oatmeal - pastries- cereal - an omelette station- different juices- water- coffee - link sausage- room service available after 5p through the regular dinner meal hours. The building is very picturesque from the inside & outside. One can step out the room and look over head at the dining area. This location is nested around and between numerous speciality shops - like a circle & other businesses- outlets- one day cleaners - restaurants- star bucks - so many - the location is of I 83 on Southern York county -in Maryland but close to the PA line around the circle & up & down the roads. I noticed an indoor pool and small fitness area - other amenities I did not have time to experience

Its a beautiful hotel!! The rooms are spacious, nice batjroom, nice staff, breakfast was Embassy Suites standards. Now them elecators need some seriois work. one was fown. one lady was stuck on one for 15 mins bc it wouldnt take hwr up to her floor bc it kept going back down and stopping along the way. We would hit the down button and the up arrow would pop up on the opposite side, they need some serious maitenance. Now the rooms, clean & nice. Just some minor adjustments. Like a shelf under the bathroom sink would be helpful to hold the towels not the bar on top of the toilet. And just a rule of thumb for all hotels, for a toom for 2, should always have 4 body towels and 4 wash cloths. Most people like a cloth for their body and a seperate one for their face. And we wouldnt have to bother staff to try to find us extras. Oh and one of those close up makeup mirrors. There is a place to do makeup and hair in the "bedroom" but for a person who cant see that far from the mirror, one of those magnified ones would do wonders for that area. Now there are some pictures shown that shows dishes piled up on the side. They were there when we checked in the evening before and still tjere along with more tje next morning. So idk who is in charge of that Clean up but they need to work on that, its broken windows theory and they need to stay on top of that. I would go back though. Didnt get a chance to go to the pool or tje hot tub maybe another time.

Very beautiful hotel! Heard it was renovated a while before staying so that was great. Also complementary breakfast was wonderful! Great variety with a waffle and omelette bar included! I stayed for a day for my brothers wedding and being apart of the bridal party was very hectic as we needed to get ready in the bridal suite. They agreed to extend our checkout for an hour which really helps us prepare on the wedding day. I only put one star because when we first got there, they told us our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait for them to finish cleaning the rooms to get first-come-first-serve rooms (apparently this is prime wedding season and maybe they were understaffed, I don’t know). We were scheduled to have everyone staying from the bridal party to stay in the same floor but we were all scattered up and down the hotel (this made it harder to get ready on the day of the wedding). Also, there were three other wedding parties there while we were so a lot of their accommodations and help were spread between all of us. Also, there was a shortage of towels so sharing a room with four girls was difficult when it came to showering and washing up. There was also some unidentified gunk on the wall. Ultimately, the hotel was lovely and I slept so well. Loved the breakfast and all the staff were nice and helpful. But they were obviously spread thin and were too busy. Would love to go back and stay another time to experience their regular pace.

I’d say this should be a 3.5 but there’s no option for that. I think the hotel was very nice … kind of if that makes sense. The building seems kinda old but I’m not sure if that’s just because it has carpeting that look like it hasn’t been cleaned in ten years or because literally all of the water smells and taste like mildew. I think the staff was amazing. They cleaned the rooms very nicely. I owned a cleaning business myself so I tend to notice any missed filth. The room was nice since we got a suite with the little living space and double beds perfect for our family of 5. They had plenty of toiletries and toothpaste at the front desk. The breakfast was amazing. Full buffet and waffles/omelets made to order. And they offer free snacks and 2 adult drinks during happy hour in the pm. First time I’ve been to a hotel that offered that. The major downfall is as everyone else mentioned- the ELEVATORS. one is out of order. The one across from it just moves constantly and goes to whatever floor it wants so you just have to hope it brings you to the correct floor. We went into it and pressed the 1st floor and it brought us up to the top floor… the other two are so dang slow that you’ll be waiting ten minutes for it. So most people would be taking the stairs. There were bath towels stuffed into the mechanics of the elevator and fluid leaking from it. Def not safe. My husband kept calling it a “jet 2 holiday” from that TikTok trend. Also the first night we arrived there was a bunch of kids running all over the place and dirty dishes everywhere. Like literally stacked in the potted plants outside of the rooms. For hours. And my husband found a used needle cap in one of them as well. After the first night it wasn’t an issue so maybe it was just the guests that were staying. I don’t think the hot tub was working well. The jets didn’t want to work half the time. Water in pool didn’t seem very clean (hairs and stuff floating around, foamy, and cloudy) and there weren’t any towels when we went to the pool. Key cards also were a hit or miss. When we went to open pool our key card didn’t work and person at front desk said the pool opened at 5pm and that’s why. (Our key card just stopped working so that was the real reason) Meanwhile, the pool door says pool open 6am-10pm. And there were other people in there… Staff great- if it weren’t for them you guys would have been shut down by now. Treat them well. Give them a raise. Google pictures are also not all accurate. Great concept of a hotel but management needs to wake the heck up and invest in some working elevators and stop putting guests safety at risk. Seriously, stop having your employees lie to guests. They told us they just got a new elevator company and that’s why they were acting up which was a total lie based on these other reviews. Other than elevators I think it was worth the value considering the complimentary breakfast and the price paid. Issues seem to be more on management. (Broken and poorly maintained...

This review is in conjunction with the complaints that my best friend, her sister, her sister's husband and her brother and his wife registered with the front desk at the Embassy Suites Hunt Valley!!! Point: I did not pay for my stay!!! I went to support my 74 Y/O best friend who's health is ok but not optimal!!! I will start from entering our room: HOT!!!! I adjusted the heat, but in our 3 day stay, the temp continued to drop no matter what it was set to!!! At the time of our departure it was set at 94 degrees but the actual temperature was 65 degrees!!!! From the time (6 Jan 2025) we got to a very hot room (90 degrees) until we left at 12:30 on 8 Jan 2025, the temperature continued to drop!!! I'm not sure what the deal is but as the friend of an elderly person who like to stay at hotels when she needs a break, I was very seriously NOT IMPRESSED!!! She told me that the front desk comp'd her a day off of her stay for the discomfort and we both appreciate the gesture but my best friend is sick now and is consulting her physician because she is a heart patient and things like this matter!!! She developed a cough that was terrible to hear and her energy level dropped so she stopped leaving the room!!! I didn't like it and it needs to be rectified!!! The common area off the lobby was so cold your food didn't stay warm long enough to enjoy it!!!! You (if you haven't already) will be hear A LOT OF COMPLAINTS from a lot of other patrons of this establishment too!!! A lot of other older folks weren't happy either!!! The Hilton name is (or maybe was) a premiere name in hotels and maybe you are franchising out your name like McDonalds does which is all well and good, but you can't profit off of your prior reputataion if you are submitting to the public an inferior product!!!! Y'all need to do better and I for one could not recommend your establishment in Hunt Valley Md to anyone!!! Please rectify this before someone takes you to court and do better!!! P.S. Nobody previously mention in our party will ever stay at that location again because the quality isn't worth the money!!! By the way the rooms we stayed in (415,419,413, 513and 512) all had various issues (our tub didn't drain properly in 413; nothing like standing in water over the tops of your feet while showering) and ALL THE STAFF WORE COAT TO DO THEIR JOBS BECAUSE OF THE COLD THEY WERE WORKING IN!!!!! Not much to recommend here, and we told the front desk personnel that WE DID NOT blame them, because they did everything they could to help but damn that was a seriously disappointing experience and we all felt compelled to notify someone higher up than a front desk clerk and so here you go!!!...

I travel on weekends for work, so I stay at a fair share of hotels throughout the year, and for the most part, I like this hotel..

I'm honestly not sure what types of rooms they offer, but I always stay in one that has a bedroom and living room. The couch in the living room has a pull-out bed. There's a TV in both rooms. I've had both a walk in shower, or a bathtub. It has a pool, a bar with free drinks during happy hour, they offer a pretty decent breakfast, etc. The staff is great too (in my experiences so far at least). This morning for example, they were late getting the coffee out, and when I asked how much an energy cost, she gave it to me for free since the coffee was late.. And now for what I don't like about this hotel..

Dislikes: This hotel has what's gotta be the worst friggin elevators in the history of hotels (in the entire world) , ever.. No exaggeration, with the right circumstances, you might end up waiting for 20 minutes to get on it. And then might be riding it for another 20min as it unnecessarily stops at other floors just to watch whoever called for it get onto the adjacent elevator because they're programmed wrong and send both elevators at once.. Then, even though it's going down, it might want to go up a floor, go down 2, then go back up.. It's horrible. And there are elevator companies out there that can service and fix these (and other problems that I could type about all day) issues, but I assume since it would cost money, management deems it as an unnecessary expense since they actually function. Kinda.

Another big dislike I have is (on the weekends at least) this place gets busy and packed. Which isn't always a bad thing, but at this location it's always packed with kids. Hundreds of kids, that run around screaming through the hallways, slamming doors over and over as they run from room to room and floor to floor, further congesting the elevators from the added traffic and because they want to push every friggin button. 15 rooms of kids spread out over multiple floors, 10 kids in each room, and they all somehow know each other. It's chaos.. Some little effer had me on a 40min elevator ride last night, it took me 90 minutes to smoke a cigarette.. If you have work at 4am (like me for example), don't expect the slamming doors and screaming kids to quiet down until close to midnight. Also don't expect to swim in the pool, because they claimed the pool along with your sleep and elevator..

But, the hotel itself is nice.. If it's sleep you're after on a Saturday night though, it might be better to stay at the holiday inn across the street, depending on what time you have...
