Was so happy when a local location opened so I could see the furniture in person. It was amazing and could not wait to add it to my new home. The staff in Coconut Creek was excellent in reviewing all of the options and really know the product to help you determine what would be best. I was just walking by right before close and Joey literally waved us in while we were window shopping. I already have a Lovesac but saw the newer angled inserts & wanted to know about them. Generally speaking I think the purchasing was great of our LoveSac however the shipping has been a real pain in the butt I get it most people want their stuff right away we were trying to get this delayed however after spending the amount of money we had their little zero options to getting it delayed other than having to go through FedEx which to me shouldn't be the case this should be able to be done in house at a customer's request they definitely need to up their game and get...
