Exactly what the guy said below and more. They were very nice when I walked in. They charged us 300 to fix the front and back... told us to keep the rubber bands on for a little extra time. Shortly after the phone is locked out (we had to turn the passcode off to stop from being locked out) the phone was stuck this is front im talking about. By Thursday.... the back was broken and I called and they said heat pressure all this bs!!! Didn't even acknowledge that the front was not working (busy week it was homecoming week as well for my kid) and her birthday.... finally we were able to go in 8 days later cause liquid starting forming from the corners they wanted to charge me more money stating she dropped it of course but there is no marks on any corner or any cracks as well. I did a claim luckily I have insurance on my account and was able to do the claim even though they fought it (i didnt denie your service either lol i said how happy i was with your garbage service) .... they wanted to charge me another 300 to fix it lol (now thats 600) lol when I drove off someone called me and told me they would fix both for 150 ... I dunno I just feel they could of tried a tad better!! Maybe im wrong but ur talking the next day the screen wasnt working ill attach the video literally the next day ... then 3 days later the back had a Crack and then on the 6th day liquid started forming on the corners !! And of course your going to say we dropped it ?? But look at the corners ... nice people in the beginning but they could of handled it a little better. (Like waiting for us to leave like they were a car sales men like at a dealership to try and work a deal but u had to leave for them...

Horrible experience. I went to replace the phone screen and I clearly requested Face ID to not be disabled and if it would to let me know in advance. They proceeded to do what they wanted to do without confirming with me.

Furthermore they put the original screen back on the phone with faceID still disabled. So I got my phone back in a worse condition than how I gave it + Face ID is now disabled on my phone.

Stay away. They made the phone operate less efficiently and then argued for a $10...

Very positive experience at this shop, yesterday. They know their stuff, and were honest, quick and fairly priced.

I thought I'd cracked the original glass screen over the rear facing camera lens group. Turns out I'd added a screen protector (a long time ago) and it did it's job, absorbing the impact but protecting the camera lens group. $20 to gently remove the cracked protector, clean the OEM lens group and install a beautiful new protector and I was on my way...
