Brighton — Local services in Coconut Creek

On Saturday, May 11, 2024, I stopped by with my husband Tony to Brighton Jewelry Store located at the Promenade in Coconut Creek Florida to window shop. It was a beautiful day, why because it was Mother’s Day!!! I love going to this shopping Center because it has a variety of stores that you can browse through. As my husband and I made our way into the adorable Brighton Jewelry Store you are immediately welcomed at the entrance. There is a nice scent throughout the store, cleanliness, and you are recognized by all the Professional Jewellers as you are browsing through the store. I want to give a big shout out to Ms. Carla who helped us on our last purchase for the Mother’s Day Weekend. I was looking for something different. And around the corner my husband found a purse that he thought I would like to use. He said it described me. Hubby wanted to surprise me with something and again he did. On Mother’s Day I was celebrating two events, Mother’s Day and my Birthday. Ms. Carla helped me from the beginning of the sale till the end of my purchase. Brighton also has their own personalized gift bags with matching tissue paper that looks so cute with its red ribbon to seal the deal. 80% of my fine customer jewelry is from Brighton. In the past I have also been in contact with these Wonderful Jewellers named Ms. Susan, Ms. Carla, Ms. Tamara and let’s not forget Ms. Jaime. You walk out of there with a piece to make a Fashion Statement. Shout out to these ladies, thank you for making everyone who enters your store feel VIP status. I have recommended it to a lot of my coworkers and friends and family members, and they also love its jewelry. I highly recommend…This is a FIVE STARRRRR.

I received a bracelet from Coconut Creek Brighton in the Promenade at Christmas 2019 the magnet that connects the bracelet to close was very weak. I brought it back and instead of them giving me a new bracelet (which you can clearly see its a Brighton) and because you can clearly see it is defective they had to send it away to be repaired, it was maybe 30 days old. I did not understand this... so here I am 4 weeks later and the bracelet is still not in my possession. This is very poor business if you ask me. Brighton has very beautiful pieces but if they cant stand behind their jewelry and replace within a certain amount of time we have a problem. The store is very "whatever" we will call you when it's here attitude. Not sure if I will continue doing business with them......

Initially disappointed about their Town Center location closing, I reluctantly made the trip to Coconut Creek, with no grand expectations. Was I ever in for a surprise! I enjoyed their inventory more and the staff goes above and beyond to help. I am usually loyal to Tamara who seems to remember what I already purchased and could build upon - she figured out my style and respects it, she has great ideas and suggestions - Brighton's is this cute classy place which offers great quality in a very affordable price range- I warmly recommend them - It is worth...
