Negatives: They nickel and dime, agree on a clear list. Charge clock starts when technician checks-in their system, not when they knock at your door! Time spent discussing work to be done is chargeable on your hourly charge clock, what is the extra $80 service fee over the hourly rate for? An attempt was made to charge me for the delayed arrival, and time spent on phone between themselves after leaving the house.

Customer focus was missing even to hear me out when i called the store to discuss my take and offer to pay for the actual hours of work done. i was being interrupted every sentence, and guilt Phys'd.

The two star is for the workman's knowledge and the way he conducted himself when interacting with me, 1 star off for shaky pricing model - inefficient communication. 1 star off for lack of intent to even hear the customer out. 1 star off for price ...

Ron did a great job, he contacted me before the work started to get more information, he let me know when he was going to arrive, and he worked non-stop to complete the work. I had an old garage side door that was in very bad shape, Ron sanded, primed and painted the door and it has never looked better. I also had 3 closets in the house with non-functioning sliding doors. Ron replaced the tracks and trimmed the doors so that they don't rub on floor. The doors work like new. Ron was professional and courteous the entire time. I would highly recommend...
