Body and Reflexology Center — Local services in Colchester

Stopped in the day after Christmas to make an appointment as I received a gift card for Christmas. While I was there, the front desk lady said they were available to do a massage on the spot. So I got the 30 mins foot reflexology followed by the 60 mins body massage.

It was my first time doing the foot reflexology and it went great! Such a great massage, unfortunately it was interrupted by a phone call as every other staff member was busy giving massages and I believe the owner was the one massaging me.

We moved into the room to get the 60 minute body massage and it was a smaller, cold room. There wasn’t a traditional blanket on the massage table, instead, there was a blanket. Because the room wasn’t heated, it was very cold if you weren’t under the towel. The table was heated so one side of me was warm. Because the room wasn’t heated, the lotion she applied was also cold. There also weren’t walls up to the ceiling, so I could hear the other two massages going on next to me. The worst part was that my body massage was interrupted 4 times by phone calls. Every time, the door was cracked open with my butt cheeks out for anyone to see if they walked by. A very uncomfortable feeling. While the massage was great, the service and atmosphere were not. The massage lady was also very friendly, but never apologized for the interruptions...

Absolute worst! THIS ESTABLISHMENT OWES ME MONEY 65.00 + 10 + gas money went with a co-worker both surgical nurses on our feet all the time. SERVICED BY YOUNG MAN WITH THE STRENGTH OF AN elderly woman! 😐🤬no pressure no interest in doing reflexology. He'd rather be out skateboarding with his friends. Hopefully this review will free film from this establishment. He has no interest in massaging anyone's feet or doing reflexology it was horrible I left with extremely sore feet as well as a headache because I need it a person who was actually into what they were doing to massage my extremely sore feet that I spend 12 to 16 hours a day standing in the operating room. This boy has no interest in was touching anyone's feet he needs to be allowed to go play his PlayStation 5. Lack of pressure, lack of interest,lack of knowledge. I had an amazing experience at Body and Reflexology Center in Colchester. The place is spotless, peaceful, and has a very calming atmosphere the moment you walk in. The staff were welcoming, professional, and clearly experienced — they really knew how to work out the tension and tailor the session to what I needed.

The massage and reflexology were both excellent — perfect pressure, relaxing but still effective. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you feel better, not just going through the motions. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you get, and they’re open every day, which makes it really convenient.
