15/10 I will be coming back to see Devin! I have lived in CT for almost 8 years and have yet to find a stylist that I really loved. I had been from Stamford to New Haven to Hartford to find the right fit! I walked into the studio and was greeted warmly by another stylist. The studio is not only beautiful but clean as well. I had botched a box dye job on myself ( I know I know, I’m almost 30 what was I thinking I could do it myself?!), we laughed about the terrible outcome. Devin set expectations from the getgo, we came up with a plan that I could maintain and that worked with my pin straight hair. I HAVE NOT FELT THIS GOOD ABOUT MY HAIR IN YEARS. I cannot speak highly enough about Taylor. She took the time to understand my vision and gave me honest, realistic feedback. We devised a plan together, yes, TOGETHER! She included me in the transformation process and when I say transformation, it was pure artistry. She had a huge job on her hands with me as I required color correction (years of box coloring at home) and multiple other services to fix the mess I had made. Taylor is passionate, professional, creative and truly has a level of skill that far surpassed my expectations. I have used same 2 stylist for 20 years. Going to one when the other was busy. I have been looking to find a new stylist. Contacted this person and was told she colored my hair once before and she wasn't a good fit as she didnt want one time customers and I didnt like my hair. She cut my hair about 2 months ago and I tipped her 20 bucks so I am confused what she's even talking about. I asked for clarification as to when she colored my hair and didnt like it and she ignored my messages. I just thought it was rude and bad business.
