Colchester Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Colchester

Today I went to Colchester pizza for lunch with my son and my girlfriend. One of the owners waited on our table. I asked if the roast beef was rare and she said she didn't know -that I had to be difficult by asking. Seriously who says that to a customer I ordered a club sandwich with no mayonnaise. I asked for it to be on the side. When my order came it had mayonnaise on it - she informed me that I find needed more she would get it for me. I didn't need more I didn't want any. Also my order came with french fries or onion rings so I ordered onion rings she also brought an extra side order of onion rings and when I question her she said well you ate them. I said no I didn't but still continue to charge me for them. Very disappointed to be treated the way I was. Not sure if she thought she was funny or not but I didn't think it was funny. When I'm paying money to go out to eat I like to have the things the way I want them if that's asking too much then maybe she shouldn't be...

If I could rate it a ZERO I would! One of the rudest waitresses I’ve ever experienced! The food you won’t get sick from but it’s all frozen except the pizza and when asking about what their signature item is they say it’s the meatballs. Well let’s just say DON’T even bother with the meatballs because it tasted like a boiled hamburger. About the best was the tomato sauce which was probably wasn’t even made there. No love to the food. And when asked about the food they say it’s Colchester and those are what we can get here. Whatever! Never going back! Don’t waste your time or money because there’s a lot better in this town in quality of food as well as no attitude which is all we received plenty...

Found out colchester pizza was closed for 3 weeks so I figured I'd go to Illianos. I order a bacon pizza with extra bacon and the total is $17.02. Pick up my pizza and the manager tells me $19.02 and the person on the phone didn't charge me for extra bacon. They put as much bacon as colchester pizza does on their regular bacon pizza and I don't ha have pay extra over there. It also is the same price of $13 every time I go. I will wait for when colchester pizza is open again and I refuse to overpay for a pizza when there's a better one...
