My recent visit to the L'Occitane store at the Atlanta Airport left me deeply disappointed due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by an employee named Yas Bradford. As a medical doctor accustomed to providing compassionate care to my patients, I was shocked by Yas's rude attitude and lack of respect towards customers.
During my visit, I attempted to inquire about a product and was met with disdain and dismissiveness. Yas's response, coupled with her condescending remarks, left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome in the store. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when patronizing a brand known for its quality and integrity.
I hope that L'Occitane takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better employee training and customer service standards. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances. I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a reminder to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold the values of professionalism and courtesy in all...
Read moreI have sent my daughter and husband in to get things for me along with shopping for myself and almost every time we go in, Yas is there to help us. I have shopped at a few locations and my family and I just adore this young woman. She is always so helpful, kind and has the best knowledge of any employee I’ve experienced. You can tell she loves what she does. I don’t even think she realized she helped me more than once until my 4th visit or who my husband is which told me how authentic her willingness to help was. Even when the store is busy I watch her roam with grace in her attention to all, including the staff (not sure if she’s a manager but she surely should be!). I will always come back to this location for her. My skin has even improved based on her recommendations of the Divine and Reset. Great hire L’Occitane. Your products are amazing and this young lady is the icing...
Read moreThank you Arlene!! After 4 flights in 2 days, my face and hands were so dry. I was happy to see the L'Occitane at my gate, I ran in to get some Verine hand cream. Arlene was the perfect L'Occitane employee and offered other products but I was SO tired I thanked her but declined and told her I was too tired to think about other items. She quickly grabbed some eye cream and other samples and told me to use them and they will make me feel a little better and more wide awake. I love the products and customer service so much I have been to the L'Occitane location in Seattle, Vancouver, Dallas, New Orleans, New York and now Atlanta but Arlene is by far the best. Again, thank you so much Arlene, and you were right, the eye cream did make me feel more awake and...
