The owner damaged my phone and refused to repair it. Screamed at me in front of other customers.
I took the phone in for a problem with the charge port. After I got it back, the charge port was fine but soon after the touch screen was partially unresponsive. Usually when a product has been damaged the company will repair it for free but it appeared that this business's policy was to ignore everything I said and start harassing me in front of other customers. The owner states it was merely coincidence the touch screen was malfunctioning half an hour after he opened because it was only working fine for the past 700 days.
The owner then lied about the repair. He then told me that he did not tinker with the screen when he attempted to repair the charge port. I asked him to show me what he did and he unscrewed the screen which in fact did alter the touch screen response. After I called him out on this he proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I gave the phone in with cracks. I asked him why he went about repairing my phone if he knew there would be damage and he had no straight answer for me, but ironically mentioned his "14 months of experience" instead which nevertheless did not solve any problems. He refused to refund my money or replace the screen up until this time in which he realized he damaged my screen. He then offered to repair it for an extra $60 to which I declined as people usually don't give other people money when they break your things. He finally took my phone and installed a used screen with some damage but worked fine at the time. He explicitly gave no warranty. The phone worked fine until about an hour later the touch screen started acting up and random spots keep getting "pressed." But there is nothing I can do about it because he did not give the warranty.

When I called and I explained my issue with my phone to him which I was in very much distress at the time; Howard told me to come in an that he would look at my phone.
The LCD went bad on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 so I figured I was screwed, however Howard was able to order the new LCD piece an even though FedEx was behind on their delivery and it took an extra day; Howard kept me informed of the progress as he was able to fix my phone an now it's like brand new. Actually the LCD was cracked but it wasn't noticeable until Howard took the phone apart.
I would highly recommend and will refer people to U.Mobile as they are a local community business as well which I love to support our local businesses. I would have to say, a good phone technician is like a good doctor or surgeon as they will save your life and your phones life! *-) Thank You again Howard...
