I work nights and they seem to be the only place that was open in the area... Open till 3 a.m. Awesome! I had not eaten all day due to my work load. I had called and the lady on the phone was rude. It seemed like I was a bothered to her by the sound of her tone and choice of words. I wasn't important to her since I was left hanging a couple of time for whatever they have going on in the middle of the night. it came out to be $23 and some change. Finnaly I can look forward to getting some grub in my belly. So the delivery man comes and I give him two $20's. The he is about to walk off I say "hey! I am due some change." What should have been an exchange of food and change, had turned into an awkward stare. I said " I gave you $40 the food was $23 and some change. Where is the the difference I am supposed to receive? He said "All I have have is $20's" have never in my life had a delivery person that didn't have somewhat of the correct amount of change. He had no $1's, no $5's, and no $10s. He showed me a wad of $20's and gave me a clueless look. He thought I was just going to give him the whole $40. I wasn't born yesterday. Then he had an attitude with me when I asked for some of my money. (I guess it was wrong for me to ask? Not sure?) After saying that I was going to call the manager he begrudgingly took out a $10. I tiped him what he didn't have the change for plus the five I was going to give him anyways (So ten back in change I thought was fair) Then he made some remark "Next time have the correct change" I kept my composure and bidded him a farewell. I don't think I could ever order from a place that lies and try to swindle people out of money like that. The food wasn't even that great! If I could give no stars I would but, currently that is not an option. This I my experience.... Not telling you not to eat here but I hope you have a better...
Read moreI had a really bad experience I ordered a pizza on Saturday July 6 about 10pm I ordered two pizzas and some wings and we were eating and one of the pizzas had a rotten taste to it and it was the Canadian bacon a couple of my friends told me the same they took a bite and spit it right out I called back to notify them on the issue and the suppostly manager lied telling me he took my order when it was a lady that took my order then he told me he didn't have much drivers and was just giving a bunch of excuses he told me that I was a liar used profane language and hanged up on me I called back and he got even louder and told me he didn't care what I did I told him he's losing a long standing customer ive been ordering pizzas there for like 9+ years brought a lot of business to them even since they were in brookland dc because of his treatment I will not be ordering from there anymore I advice the management or owners to train him or take appropriate measures on his customer service because with treatments as such they will continue to lose...
Read moreI have been a regular customer of your business from very long time and we did not have any issue in service or quality of food you guys server but yesterday my wife who is a student at UMD wanted to have fries as always and i ordered on call went to pickup.
The moment i looked at it i felt that some is not correct with this fries today as the gesture was not the same and when i tasted couple i started feeling a souring taste in my mouth like those were spoiled.
I called your store right away and explained the issue then the person on the phone said they have changed the product and this is what they will be serving from now, i was surprise by the tone and a non apologetic way of treating a customer "a regular customer" ....he said he will tell his "manager" but did not bother to say Sorry for what i experienced.
I never thought i would be writing this.....i hope you guys do something about this as these kind of customer service would not be entertained by any.
