I don't recommend this place. Waka is supposed to be open until 11pm. I got there at 8:20pm, and doors are closed and lights are out. There's a sign saying "I'm out for dinner, will be back in 1h". The sign was right above the neon "open" sign. I call the guy, and he says: I'm open, but I have to eat. I insist that the store is closed, because I'm the customer and I cannot come inside. But he insists it's open, and say *you just have to wait outside, for 1h, until I finish eating". Really? Good luck running your business like this.

Waka’s Repair Shop is great. They were able to fix my broken MacBook screen quickly and efficiently. The prices were great and they gave me great customer service. I would come back to the shop if I need more repairs. Photos before and after repairs!!!

Yesterday around 4:00 pm ,my phone screen started flickering and I was now unable to use my phone , answer , call, view videos and text was now impossible. I went to a repair shop and was told it'll be a 3 day process to get my phone serviced. However the owner told me about Waka which was 15 minutes down the street and they could facilitate my needs. Upon arriving they didn't have the part on hand due to my phone is over 6 years old ; however he can go get the parts needed which was in Virginia ( the store is in College Park Maryland) which would take him 2 hours round trip . He made the trip , repaired my phone which went beyond closing hours and I was happy . My phone has my existence, and this meant a lot to me THANKS A MILLION ; I'd recommend this business to anyone who needs immediate...

My iPhone 8 Plus had already damage to the screen from a previous fall , but yesterday the screen completely started to fail me. I couldn’t text , call , check any of my apps …… and all this while I was working. After work my Beautiful girlfriend found Waka Repair on google close to my job , so I decided to go then. Talk about great customer service and so efficient. I explained the damage and my concern on how much it would cost , but the price was amazingly reasonable and the fix was super fast. Definitely has a loyal customer here , and those who may need a phone fix , I will with out a doubt direct...
