Coreena's Bridal — Local services in College Station

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. My last experience trying on dresses was not the best and left me feeling really discouraged. I was given the idea that the type of dress/style I wanted or was looking for didn't exist. So honestly I went in to Coreena's a little nervous. But Hannah, Coreena, and the rest of the staff that helped me exceeded my expectations. The entire experience from the moment I walked in the door was exceptional. First they take you to your room and sit down with you and get to know you and what you are looking for. (I also really loved how the rooms felt private and like you had your own space to talk and show your family/friends the dresses you try on) They make you and your guests feel super at home and offer you complimentary drinks as well. The staff are all SOO nice and down to earth. They all worked together to help me and offered advice and answered any questions I had. It was just such a laid back and fun atmosphere!! I had previously felt super uncomfortable in situations like this, but here it was completely different. I felt so so comfortable and truly enjoyed myself! AND every.single.dress. I tried on was absolutely stunning. And they were all the types of dresses I had been looking for that previous places acted like didn't exist! They have an amazing selection of dresses and they let you know which designers and dresses are in your price range and which aren't right away and that was so so helpful! Especially if you are concerned with price! They truly make you feel so cared for! I am so so glad that they were able to help me find my dress and say my 2nd Yes! I have gone dress shopping about six times now and have gone everywhere from Spring to Montgomery to Navasota and back to the College Station/Bryan area. With that said I can 100% say that Coreena’s Bridal was by far my favorite dress shop and overall experience. From arriving to see that they already knew where all the dresses were that I had made a list of (and they had all of them in store), to being offered complimentary cocktails, this dress shopping experience was at a completely different level. They seriously have this process down to a science. I walked in feeling stressed and left just wanting to turn around and go right back in. They truly made the dress shopping process about me, for the first time I really felt like I was a bride and that my opinion was all that mattered. The dressing rooms and store was beautiful, the dresses affordable, the stress free environment was amazing, and the fact that they put a picture of you in your favorite dresses on a flat screen next to you so that you can compare it to your new favorites was just genius. With all of that said, the absolute best part of my experience was my stylist Ashley. She was amazing. I genuinely felt like she just wanted me to find my dream dress whether it was at that store or not. She tried her hardest to make sure I didn’t feel guilty if I didn’t like something she picked, she was extremely patient, and never made me feel pressured. Ashley really helped me figure out what I was looking for in a dress and even though I didn’t find “the one” I made more progress there than all the other stores combined. Coreena and her team were wonderful to shop and work with! Adriana was my stylist and was so sweet, attentive and patient with me during my try ons. She made the entire dress buying experience special and fun! My dress was delayed about 6 weeks, (no fault of Coreena’s) and they were great at staying in contact and giving updates regarding changes to the status of my dress. Once it arrived, they got me in for a fitting right away, and Gracie was so helpful throughout my multiple fittings to ensure that we got the PERFECT fit. (After 6 fittings I felt like me & Gracie were besties and the shop was my 2nd home lol) They offer in house alterations and their seamstress not only do fantastic work, but they work quick. I wasn’t pressed for time, even with the delay, but each round of alterations were finished earlier than planned. At I think my 3rd fitting, about 3 months before the wedding, the dress still wasn’t fitting quite right, and I started to doubt my choice and even body shamed myself a little bit, and was getting a little stressed- I couldn’t quite figure out how or why it didn’t fit “perfect”. Coreena happened to be there that day, passed by the fitting room area and could sense my uncertainty. She reassured me that I would have the “perfect” dress for my wedding, lifted my mood and confidence and offered suggestions on what changes should be made. I appreciated her taking the time to ease my nerves and make sure I was confident in my dress and myself!!
