Okay so I first want to say that this woman was very nice (don’t remember her name and probably wouldn’t put it anyway) and I do not mean any of this against her. This was a while ago, maybe in February or March. I had just moved to Mont Clare and was searching (desperately) for a new nail salon. I called and asked if they did acrylic powder there and they said yes.. I asked them again in a different way because the last salon I went to thought I was talking about dip powder. The woman on the phone assured me that they had what I was talking about. So I got there and while I had never seen someone dip acrylic powder (about 10x overtop of a tip) I thought well this lady knows what she’s doing..? Right?

Forever goes by and by that point I’m half falling asleep. I didn’t even realize that she was putting the same color in gel polish overtop of the acrylic powder that I chose. Don’t ask me how lol also, she was applying flat back crystals but making little indents for them with the Dremel before gluing them in? It took soo long to dip the powder over and over. Then took forever AGAIN for the drilling of the ā€œholesā€ when even I could tell you that was not necessary at alllllll. I couldn’t wait to Get out of there! My nails were decent looking for a shop, I will say that. However immediately when I touched the door to open it,I noticed they were SO thin. I had work in an hour though so I did not have time to have her redo them. That night I broke all of my nails off except 3. This one was the absolute worst of them all.. underneath the break the nail itself broke too 😰 there was a bit of glue that stuck to my actual skin on the top piece too so it hurt soo bad every time I...

I was wanting to try some of the other nail shops in the area and this was recommended as the top choice specifying Traci and Jeni as the techs to request. I wanted to see if it was realistic to get a good acrylic nail refill in under 2 hours and this place showed that it was possible to get a refill in under 1 hour. My appointment was at 230 and by 231 I was getting a call asking if I was keeping my appointment so they are big on punctuality or have a lot of people whoaks appointments and cancel. Upon entering I was greeted immediately, very friendly. It's a salon without the bells and whistles. When I walked in I wasn't a fan of the setup in the shop placing customers close together in a row, it appears to be a small shop. My refill wasn't anything special, a bit rushed, but not in a rude way. I wanted a simple hand drawn design (a branch with leaves) but my tech mentioned that wasn't her strength (upon leaving I discovered the tech next to her is great with nail designs so it was a bummer there wasn't team work in that she would offer to do the design). The shop accepts Venmo which is fantastic and easy. And when I left I was pleased...I will say this salon wasn't warm and spa like but if looking for a place to go get quick basic nail services on lunch break, friendly staff and not have to stop at the ATM this is the place. I will definitely return when I need quick lunch break nail refills. I am a bit disappointed writing this post 3 days later and my polish is chipping at the tips but with everything there is...

i am not returning anymore, last night was the last straw. I work hard for my money and to keep having to pay for services that is poorly performed almost 60% of the time hurts me. After many years of trying with this place, I am done. When you keep asking why I don't come its because your quality or work sucks, pretty nails are not everything! I think you need to re-evaluate the meaning of "SPA Services"

Last night I had a child, 16 yrs of age do my pedicure, I understand that she was helping her mom as it was already 6pm when i walked in and the other staff were occupied. (I'm not going to call names) but the woman could've told me NO or had me wait for someone available. I value my money, time and the services received just like everyone else, that was unfair to me as a customer.

the Child was not experienced and obviously not trained, she didn't wanted to touch me, she seemed disgusted in better terms. She should not be put in that position neither should I. I had callus remover added to the service it was never properly washed off as i could still feel the stickiness and burn of it around my feet when I...

I went here to get my nails done for an important event, I called and made an appointment and everything seemed great. I went to get a full set of acrylics, and showed a photo and asked if this was something she could do. The woman doing my nails said no problem, but ended up pulling out fake flower stickers to put on that looked nothing like them. I told her that none of them looked like the nails that I wanted, and if she couldn’t do it, that was OK but they don’t look right. She said no worries and that she could do it by hand. She began doing my nails and drilled too deep on my nail and it hurt super bad, then she also was drilling underneath my thumbnail to get some of the acrylic out and was drilling right on my skin. I included a photo of the nails I wanted versus the nails I got. The acrylic also started lifting off my nails within the first 3 days! For $70 plus a $13 tip. It’s extremely frustrating that this was the outcome. I had a place to be so I couldn’t even stay to get it fixed. Now less than a week later I have to go somewhere else to get them redone for another 70+tip.
