Updated Review – 4 Stars After my original review, the owner personally reached out, apologized, and offered to fix my nails along with a discount for a future visit. I really appreciated the gesture and the genuine care shown. While I wasn’t able to return due to travel, I absolutely plan to go back and give them another try. Clearly, their customer service is top notch, and this may have just been a one-time issue. Updating to 4 stars for how professionally and kindly they handled the situation.

Original: Generally, I have started doing my own nails because of money, but wanted to treat myself for my birthday. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

They left my hands and nails a mess, even AFTER I cleaned my own cuticles before I came in. The application and shape of the hard gel was fine, but the polish application and clean up was not good. It took an hour at home to get them in an ok place.

I made an appointment to try this salon. They called me as if I was 30 minutes late and it was actually my appointment time. Yes I knew I was going to be 5 minutes late since I didn’t get out of work on time. Ok, no big deal. Then I go in and they sit me right down. I let the lady know that I was doing a gel manicure and I do not want my cuticles done. I guess they took this as an insult because as she was getting my polish I ran back to the ladies room and when I came back another employee says my name and something about no cuticles. They made me very uncomfortable. Also I had to remind the lady when she pulled out the cuticle cutters that I do not get them done. She filed the tops of my nails with the metal electric file and I have no idea why she needed to do that. No other place has ever used that. Oh and the plexiglass that separates you from the employee was filthy….looked like someone sneezed all over it. I...

Tuesday December 19th 2023 They knocked it out of the park again. A refill & ombre with airbrush after 5% off fir cash discount was $57. My nails look phenomenal. Pictures attached.

My only complaint is I wanted to do opposite on my hands & they refused (like black into white on one hand and white into black on the other hand.)

Upside, they gave me lotion for Xmas. How nice was that?
