Came today for a reserved dual birthday. Lunch at 1. No one at host podium. That entryway small bar area area empty but someone’s sweater tossed at end of bar. A man walked by eventually with a little girl trailing behind. He said he’d be right with us. After a few moments he led us to a table that certainly should have been ready and was. So you’d think someone might have been welcoming to us at entrance? Servers friendly enough. Got waters quickly but then drink ask came up. Server took orders and walked right past birthday person number one (today75) sitting at head of table ?!?! He finally came back to check on drinks and my husband (birthday person) got attention and was able to ordered a beer. Our orders arrived haphazardly so we weren’t wanting to eat until all orders filled. Birthday person number two (today 20) didn’t get her food for at least five minutes after everyone else, and we all waited minutes between delivery of our orders. It was awkward. Finally, even though no birthday person wanted dessert I had alerted staff to the two birthdays. At the very least they could have “surprised” and brought even a candle in a dish before the bill so we could maybe sing happy birthday. Very disappointed. Food good enough, service certainly off. Wish you good luck in this space. I know I won’t...

We were in Collegeville to take our son out to dinner. He's going to school at Ursinus. Looking for a good place close to his campus I came across the Library. I was able to make a reservation online right from Google Maps for that evening. There is plenty of off street parking in their lot. I was greeted by the hostess, she was very friendly and seated me right away. There are a few different seating areas including the bar. We sat at one of the booths, they were a touch tight. Our waitress was excellent, she made sure we didn't want for anything but she wasn't overbearing either. They also had bus people that were very quick to clear plates when done. The menu isn't extensive but there are pastas, meat/chicken and fish dishes to satisfy everyone. They have a good drink selection, enough beer and wine options too. The food came out really quickly and was piping hot! We tried the Margherita Flat Bread as an appetizer, that was very good. I had the salmon which was fantastic. They did a slightly different take on a cheesecake dessert that was fabulous! Very cool vibe, excellent food and equally good staff. We paid about $35 per person including a...

We really wanted to Love this place. Had reservations at 7 PM last Sunday. We each ordered a drink and sat down in the leather “library area”. Drinks were great, bartender excellent! Moved into the dining room which looks nice, but loses the Library look and was a bit bright. Ordered braised, short ribs, and the New York strip. Execution was diner like. Mashed potatoes were in a scoop shape, Brussels sprouts in the next corner and the short rib covered in gravy in the next. Strip Steak came medium rare as requested, but was the pin bone end and only had lackluster french fries. Again, no plate presentation whatsoever, no veg or garnish. We had a bottle of Pessimist blend, which was enjoyable. The waiter was very attentive. We ordered the bread pudding to take home that appeared to have been heated up in the microwave. Our bill was $150.00 for 2. The food wasn't bad, just not good. Highlight was the drinks. With a bit more attention to the food and presentation this could be an...

Just visited for lunch. Drinks and food were all top notch. Service was amazing and friendly. Parking was added but may get full in the evenings. We had the lobster Mac as an appetizer and as you can see in the photo the quality was great. Shrimp tacos and grilled cheese were also great and my husband loved the French fries! The atmosphere was very nice, clean and bright inside with lots of windows in the bar section. The only suggestion I have is the music. The playlist had some explicit songs and choice slurs for some songs which may be the crown for nights and bar crowds. But a lunchtime meal and possibly corporate staff, and seniors may want the explicit lyrics feature turned on. The couple next to us also made conversation about one song that this would not be good for the foning area and their kids. Overall 5 star amazing staff and food!

Very busy on a Saturday night. Waiter was quick and helpful when we were ordering. Live music was a great surprise for me. ( Ava, was great) I got the chicken Ceasar salad and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Simple dishes are sometimes overlooked but it was delicious. Foccacia bread appetizer was 5 ☆, we ordered several different drinks all well made delivered in a timely manner even given a full crowd and the staff very busy on their feet. Parking was a chore since it's a tiny parking lot but they do offer valet which we did have to use, but the guys there were also helpful and quick on their feet despite the cold snap. All in all I had a great experience. The short rib grilled cheese and tomato soup was also delightful and other dishes were enjoyed by the table. Great food. Great drinks. Great Saturday night vibes. No real complaints.
