From a skeptical cell phone shopper, this store is a one of a kind must use resource for 2 reasons. Reason #1. I’m in my mid 40’s and the employee who helped us, named Neel, is the first cell phone store employee I have ever had anything positive to say about. He had the rare ability to make everything we were trying to do seem easy. He gave me his cell phone number and I even texted with him for extra help the next day…which he helped me figure out a Verizon rebate I had trouble with. Neel was so helpful that literally the next day I was telling coworkers that they should text Neel and should switch to Verizon. So reason 1 is that Neel is the cell phone store GOAT. Reason #2: If you’re with a cell company that is giving you very little money towards your new cell phone and you end up with a large additional cost on your monthly bill, then it’s time to hear what Neel from Verizon can do for you. My family has 5 cell phone lines and we ranged in phones from 2 iPhone years behind to 6 models prior. Verizon took them all and gave us all the absolute newest phones. All we paid was 6% sales tax (which all wireless providers do) and we got our phones. No additional amounts on our monthly bill. Avoid at all cost. I went there to switch from ATnT with my family. Got the pixel buy one get one promo as well as the gift card promo in October. It is now January and I never got either promo. Called Verizon directly and said that they never entered it and they couldn't back credit me. While there I was told another wrong promo. Went back next day to clarify on it with another associate and he stated we couldn't do it. I was promised a phone case for my pixel xl from the owner of the store because of it.
