Horrible experience. I called in advance to make an appointment for a gel manicure. When I got there, they took another client before me and had me wait. It was like a factory. I was there for 2 hours. They spread the work to different people which made it that long. They were really disgusting. The place is dirty, dusty. this place is by far theeeeeee best nail salon. EVER. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16. I have become very accustomed to a certain level of service. Long wait times on repeated visits, was a longtime customer. Cindy did a great job, owner was always rushed and complaining about her pain, but refused to get medical attention. Talked negativity about me to my face and to my friends and family i brought there. Also strong dislike when they talked in their birth language not English around customers.
