THE COLLEYVILLE LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. GO TO THE EULESS STORE NOT THIS ONE.
If I could give fewer stars I would have. I broke my phone yesterday and this afternoon at least 40 minutes before closing. I went to this store to purchase a new phone outright. I walked in and the sales guy didn't look up from his computer, he refused to show me phones, didn't want to turn on phones that were already turned off. He wouldn't give me his name or his managers name. He half laughed when I asked for this information and said he was not going to tell me, and still didn't look up from his computer. This was worse than bad service this was no service. I came hear because of all the great reviews but clearly they have hired a young man who totally does not care about his job.
When I left I called the store about 10 minutes down the street in Euless and spoke with a nice young man who offered to stay a little later to help me purchase a phone. I also explained my situation and he said that they have received quite a few customers this way. At this point it was 7:35 and I didnt want to make him stay late, thats why I rushed after work and school to the first store, I would never ask anyone to stay at work late. I told the store down the street I would be there after work tomorrow and he told me the names of associates I...
Read moreI am writing this review after going to the store multiple times. I bought a new iPhone 14 pro max (256), and the salesman told me: “You will get $800 for your old iPhone 10 XS Max." Guess what? NO I DIDNT! Since I bought this new phone, my bill has done nothing but go higher and higher. I am tired of dealing with this situation because I am a busy person and I have no time to sit and listen to them saying, "Oh the system this, and the system that," and they never fixed the trade-in value to what it was supposed to be. They told me I would get an $800 credit, but now I see they gave me only a $135 credit (and it took three bills for THAT to show up!), even though I traded my phone within the 30-day allowance. Now, after three previous visits to try to fix the bill, I have to go AGAIN and try to solve this situation. No wonder why the store is never busy if the have no clue what they are doing. We have had Verizon for more than 28 years (10 myself) and every time we purchase a new phone, EVERY SINGLE TIME, the figures they quote in person are not what show up on the bill, and we end up paying more. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable that I have to go there tomorrow AGAIN to complain. Save yourself a problem and buy at a corporate store. AVOID THIS LOCATION...

11-27-2024 at around 2 pm., I went to this store to port out my number from AT&T and switch service. I was helped by a lady named Jane (Jana? Older lady with cubic tumbler), and throughout the process she constantly sighed, showing signs of "not wanting to work." Her tone of voice was very demanding ("Give me your phone number" "Unlock your phone" + a time when she simply flipped my phone towards me without a word). When she added the e-sim to my phone, it still didn't have service, and I asked her why. She simply said, "I don't know. Call AT&T." I called, put it on a speaker, and the solution was to get a physical sim card. She sighed again, got the sim card, and started the process. Jane is not meant to be interacting with a customer. Whether it had to do with my age or ethnicity, I don't know, but the first impression with Verizon was horrible.
In the midst of all this, she said, "Why didn't yall get a new phone with a trade-in?" I told her that I already have a phone and told her that no one informed me of promotional trade-in. She was silent to tell...
