Just left this locations bakery after purchasing a pre-made 1/8 sheet cake out of the case. I asked the employee working if she would be able to write on it to which she responded, “it’s pretty small, what do you want” very dismissively. I told her “Congrats Mo”. The cake clearly had a spot to personalize it with a message so I did not think this would be an issue. She wrote on the cake and boxed it up before showing it to me. After paying and getting to my car I opened the box to be highly disappointed with the writing. It was nowhere near centered and sloppy. I ended up scraping it off at home and re doing it myself. Highly would not recommend this location.

Avoid this Giant Eagles' pumpkin cookies. They are soggy disgusting messes. Yinz guys should be ashamed for selling them as is. Zupancic run Giant Eagles are bad!

Stopped into this location to pass the time, ended up grabbing about $40 worth of groceries, including some grapes, and heading to self-checkout. Said grapes were not scanning at the sale price in self-checkout, so a manager came over to assist and she decided to give me the grapes for free for the inconvenience. I thanked her and continued scanning, then proceeded to pay for the rest of my items. I headed over to a bench in the front of the store to sit and wait for my ride. While sitting I decided to crack open a bag of potato chips I’d just purchased and immediately thereafter, another store manager walks up to me and calls for my attention. I assumed she was going to tell me I can’t sit on the bench or eat in the store or something. But no, says something along the lines of “The manager over there just reviewed the self-checkout cameras and she informed me that you did not pay for your items from the deli, some cheese or something.” I was extremely taken aback and immediately say “no I paid for everything. Would you like to see the receipt?” She says yes, so I hand her the receipt and ask her who exactly said I didn’t pay for my items? She reiterates “the Manager standing over by the shelf check out”and gestures to the woman who just gave me the free grapes! of course the manager reviewing the receipt sees that all the items besides the grapes are scanned and paid for. I was extremely appalled that they accused me of stealing. So naturally, I returned every single item I had just paid for and left the store. The incident felt racially motivated if I’m being perfectly honest, and this establishment never has to worry about getting a dime of my...

My friend had an extremely upsetting experience at this store that I feel compelled to share. She was wrongly accused of theft without any reason or evidence, and it was clear that the accusation was racially motivated. She was approached by staff who treated me her with suspicion and disrespect in front of other customers. The employee was actually a manager who had helped her at self checkout, why would you help someone who you think is stealing. Had the nerve to send another employee to confront her, when she showed her the receipt all of her items she bought was indeed on the receipt. Not one apology was made from the so called manager or employee! This kind of profiling is not only offensive but unacceptable. No one should be made to feel targeted or humiliated simply because of their race or background. She will never return and I urge others to think twice about supporting a business that engages in discriminatory practices and makes false allegations against innocent people. Management needs to seriously reevaluate their training and policies if they want to create a truly inclusive and respectful environment. This kind of behavior has no place in...

It’s become so difficult to shop here anymore, especially for a quick trips. They do not offer shopping baskets anymore, so you either have to deal with a large cart or juggle items by hand. When you get to the self check out, you can’t use the line because you can’t scan Advantage cards from phones and they won’t let you check out without using an advantage card. It’s not 1990, people don’t carry membership cards anymore! So you have to start all over again in a long line, but when you walk forward to scan your advantage card the person behind you blocks the credit card reader. For some reason they have moved the credit card readers to the beginning of the belt! With a cart, you have to walk forward to scan your advantage card, then asked the entire line to take five steps backwards so you can get to the card reader, then turn around and walk back to the other end to get your groceries. It’s stupid and no other store in the region does...
