Chartiers Valley Shopping Center — Local services in Collier Township

We regularly visit Flight with our Sons and our experiences have been on a decline lately. The evening of April 7th will be the final visit that me and my family will make. While our Sons were playing dodgeball, a few unsupervised kids disregarded all of the posted rules and ultimately decided to gang up and throw punches at my 11 year old. After I, not the employees, broke things up, the managers chose the best course of action was to give free passes to the trouble makers and not refund my kids unused jump time. Things could have been a lot worse if it weren't for a few of us responsible parents. The way things were handled reflected the company's neglect for the safety of kids who are just looking to have a fun, innocent time with friends and family for a couple very expensive hours. We consistently chose to spend our money at Flight instead of their competitors. To say the very least, we will never think twice as to where we will take our business in the future. This area is nice because of the convenience of the stores located here. I do have a few gripes the first is the way that the Starbucks was built and positioned it just looks like it doesn't fit there like an area 51 experiment gone bad. It is unsightly and just inconvenient . The drive thru is ok. The traffic here can be pretty terrible I remember coming for my driver's test and absolutely hated it. The kids do love Chuck E Cheese.
