Be cautious of Amazon return hours. I went yesterday at 6:45pm and the store associate at the front said Amazon was closed. I asked what are the hours bc it stated 9pm on the website. FYI - I’m 7months pregnant carrying a large box in to return so it’s not easy for me to come multiple times. The store associate said they close whenever they want to - no set hours - it depends if they have no customers or if they have too much stuff to return is what she replied back to me. Which makes no sense. I came back today and now the Amazon system is down for all the kohls. I really wished Amazon would have picked better chain stores to use as their return stores b/c this one is horribly staffed. Hopefully I can make a return on...

Incredibly ableist cashier. There was no line (0 people, 10am on a weekday) and I went there for an amazon return. I am visibly disabled with crutches. I asked the cashier (who was just leaning not doing anything, literally not organizing anything just staring into space) where amazon returns were. For the cashier who checked me out she was not pleasant at all. She did not greet me like I heard the other casher close by greet her customer. She asked me did I have a phone number I started to give her my number like I heard the other cashier ask her customer, for me my cashier refused to type it in but the other cashier had no issue inputting her customer's number into the system.
