Saturday morning before business hours I parked next to this store to run across the street to an estate sale.

You would think a small business owner would be happy to let people park in her shop for an estate or yard sale at a neighbors home but not this owner. That’s free advertising and foot traffic that cost nothing.

Chewed the estate sale staff out relentlessly for people parking next to her store. I apologized for parking my truck by her store (which was not open for business yet I checked before I parked). She gave me the once over, raised her nose (as other reviews have mentioned) and turned and walked on, no acknowledgment what so ever.

I have always wanted to stop at this store but haven’t yet in the 2 years I now live in Collierville. I now never will visit this boutique and understand why there is ever hardly a car in her two car...

I have been here for 9 years and I have never seen anyone go into that store. The one day I go there my brother got into an accident up the street and I was waiting on him I sat in her lot for 5 min and she came out and told me that that parking was for her “ customers” and she sat there and waited for me to leave. I love to shop here. If you like really different looking clothes and up to date fashion this is the place to shop. The customer service is the wonderful. Their prices are very reasonable. I always shop for my outfits for fun at Past and Presents. I have been shopping here for at least 3 years and they get better each year. I especially love the personal attention given...
