Very strange experience!
This store still has chosen not to reopen their dining room like the other area restaurants. They also do not honor Taco Bell's $1 happy hour soft drinks 2-5 pm, although they don't tell you that if you order one, they just charge the regular price. For some reason the person at the drive-thru window uses hand signals to tell cars to stop & wait before approaching the window to pay. They demand that cars stop before the hood of your car is even going under their awning — WAY more than 6 feet away which slows down the drive-thru even more. Their attitude is totally unnecessary, unfriendly, forcefully rude, bizarre and just unpleasant, especially if they decide you haven't stopped quickly enough! It also seems that most cars are sent to park and wait for their food to be brought outside to them immediately after paying. The whole process is awkward, annoying & just a waste of everyone's time!
The food is never very good at this location anyway. Plus they are fairly slow and seem prone to mistakes or simply not preparing items according to specs. Furthermore, they usually totally disregard my hot sauce requests. It's like pulling teeth to get a few extra packets, and they don't seem to realize or care that there's a difference between the various colors (mild, hot, fire, diablo, etc.). It seems they've thrown all their hotsauce flavors in one bin which they grab from to throw several in your bag.
I'm probably going to be avoiding this store from now on.

Read moreWhere do I start? This place is consistently out of products from food items to sauces! This is a daily issue here too. I ordered a nacho fries and they were back-ordered. I said I'd wait ... No problem. When the girl gave me the fries ... There were literally 6 fries in the box. (I sent it back suggesting strongly that they put some more in there.) They argued it to the death saying that's how many come with it. In reality ... I watched them put mine last and give me the last of what tgey had up & ready. They didn't want to drop more in the fryer! They try to sneak original recipe chicken when they don't have crispy all the time ... And get mad at us - the customer for calling them out on it. This is poor management at it's worst! I don't know how this place is still open even! They don't offer unsweet tea anymore ... Which means they have zero drinks without artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup!
Let's talk about race. I have heard Hispanics try to apply there and be shut down cold. ... Only to find new employees within the next 2 weeks and they are clearly not latino. There is no racial diversity makeup in this place...
