DONT DO IT YOUR ARE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE First off the District Manager Sean was cussing at me and calling me a lier and being extremely sarcastic I’m a retired Marine and was shocked on how my father and I were treated after doing a contract, Well I must say at first walking in they treat u great but once u do a contract with them ur a nobody they got ya and the niceness totally goes away This place has extremely horrible customer service they send u broke equipment and then wait 11 days to start the refund of ur money which could take up to 7 business days then they treat u with disrespect and lie about an incident that happened with There Accounts managers Nicole to protect there own ass Mike the general manager said to me they have had 3 other complaints about how the Accounts Manager Nicole talks very rudely to customers but screw the customer is that how it works today the customer is a lier and the employee is not what’s really going on here this was are first and last time renting from a unprofessional place like this I highly recommend not renting from here if u want to be disrespected and called a lier and they try to take advantage of older retired Marine vets like my father with bad short term memory loss they also tell u they will give u a deal for the inconvenience but then find any reason not to, so to all u renters out there u can go on line with no credit and get a payment of $33 dollars a month from the home shopping network for any electronics tvs computers and furniture as well as appliances so check it out and save tons of money all the money u pay goes to paying it off with no interest and it’s affordable to all and ur coverd for ur equipment the whole time ur paying it off so what can u loose check it out and if u rent from Aarons u will pay double the price and get used broke equipment I’m my fathers Caregiver Best Friend Son Partner and have power of Attorney over him because he’s got COPD and is disabled and with PTSD and short term memory loss I’m also his protector I just feel they totally disrespected us in every way u can and the way the District Manager a fellow Marine spoke to me was a disgrace to are military service and are flag as well as are fellow brothers of the Marine Core And let me tell u that’s not all that happened to my father and I but u get the point my fellow renters around the world be smart and buy it from another company u will thank me later there are a ton of rental places online and cheper and check out pawn shops and Craigslist and let go or moving sales that’s wear u get the best deals but here u truly are wasting ur money almost 90% of what’s in there store is Pre-released used junk and like I said they treat u like royalty when ur a new customer and get u out fast but after that ur chop liver to them just money in there eyes as well as commission check so please take my advice and don’t...

Just trying to rent a TV from them should have been my clue to run away as fast as I could.
I utilized one of their "$25 for the first month" online deals for a Samsung Curve 55" TV. I did my application online. Afterwards it took 3 weeks with Jane trying to figure out if they had it in stock. She kept forgetting to check and call me back. Finally they got it in. Told me it would be another 3 weeks of waiting if I wanted it delivered. Of course I was still paying this whole time even without a TV. Finally I told them I would pick it up, even without a car at the time.
When I went in to show my ID and all, I asked about insurance. Was informed it was included in the contract for all their electronics. A contract that for some reason they couldn't give me, because I did it online.
I went around about biweekly payments, which they kept switching me to monthly without my approval, but whatever, right? Not that big of a deal. At least until 6months in TV dies via Coconut. But this is why I wanted to make sure I had insurance. But wait... They don't actually provide insurance. But wait they do. Wait and talk to Mike, who we can't seem to contact ever. Finally we were told they could come pick up the TV and fix it. But then we finally talked to Mike and learn that we're stuck paying for a TV that is broken.
Fast forward we're still fighting over the biweekly Payments vs. Monthly. At this point I refuse to speak with them and my husband only deals with Jose. Until some lady started taking over always saying Jose wasn't available. Then a few days ago Nicole calls stating they needed a "full payment" from us even though we paid less than two weeks before. Wanted us to put a card on file. So on so forth. We declined saying we'll continue as we have been for over the past year. She starts in on how no one except her is authorized to allow "extensions" and our due date is the 15th even though when I signed the contract I specifically stated biweekly payments. My husband argues stating we will not be putting a card on file, we will call and pay like we always have. That there will be no reaccuring autopay. she tries to reassure my husband and I that "they cannot save information like that", but we stand our ground. Well she hangs up on him and we think done is done, till today when lo and behole they charged a full monthly payment even though we paid two weeks ago on the card the told my husband they didn't have on file. So needless to say, I informed my bank that the charge was unauthorized, canceled their reaccuring payment, canceled every card we've ever paid from and will now only pay them in cash.

Read moreThis store is the worst Aaron's my family has ever dealt with. In the beginning they were nice and helpful but not now. Most of my moms leasing term with this store she has dealt with Jane at the store. She was behind and she worked with my mom and made her own arrangement with my mom where she would trade my moms queen sized bed in for a full size and instead of paying $210 my mom would only have to pay $189 at time of delivery thus catching her payments up for her lease. We have each and every phone call with Jane recorded. My mom made her $189 payment on 9/16/17 and then $161 on 9/29 for October cause her money came in early and Jane said her next payment was due the 3rd of the following month which would be November. Nothing from them for 2-3 weeks. Tonight NICOLE from account services calls my mom at 830 at night AFTER the store has closed and demanded a payment. She then tried to tell me the law. That it was illegal to record phone calls when its in fact not in Colorado. She insisted Jane meant the 3rd of this month another payment was due and refused to listen to the other recordings where Jane made the arrangement with my mom and said she was fine and caught up. She said Jane had no power since she (NICOLE) is in charge of account services. She was so unprofessional in how she was talking to me and my mom who is disabled with cancer and said ahe was going to file a Replevin for the property and then hung up on me. We have recordings from Jane making these arrangements with my mom. My mom made her October payment on 9/29 and an additional payment of $189 two weeks prior to that to get her account caught up per JANE and not one call until now about supposedly being past due. If my mom were truly past due then why not call her on the 4th or the 5th or the 6th? Why 2 weeks later? They're wrong and know Jane messed up and are trying to cover their tracks. Jane nor anyone else who isn't a manager should not be making arrangements with people if this is what's going to happen. NICOLE is not professional and yelled at my mom and me and definitely flipped a switch when we said our calls were recorded. She refused to even acknowledge Jane's wrongdoings and demanded payment and pretty much called us liars even though we have recordings to back up what Jane told us. She is very smartass too. I want to talk to store manager or regional because I feel like anyone in that store will give the same service NICOLE did. If you lease from this store then cover your tracks. Keep records of everything and anything and please record any and all conversations as well because they will flat call you a liar and treat you like scum.
