I requested a Wed appt, but Jordan said Tuesday, so I agreed and built my other appointments around her schedule. She texted on Sunday evening, asking to change my Tuesday appointment.

I live 45 min - 1 hr away, so I often book hair/eyes/nail/doctor appts for several appts a day , to avoid the 2 hr commute multiple times, and also the gas cost. I already had appts for Monday/Tues/Wed and am working on Thursday.

I left a review on Facebook, where the owner stated “she gave me 72 hr notice” which is false. Saturday before 1 pm would have been 72 hrs. Late Sunday evening is NOT 72 hours. The owner also stated “most places give 24 hrs”. False. Most professional places do not cancel! And most would call a customer , not send a text.

I don’t care if the owner writes a response to this saying “I’m not welcome at the salon”. TRUST ME— I have absolutely no desire , with the unprofessional, rude staff I have encountered via text and social media.

I really wanted to try this place and I really wanted to like this place. Perhaps the owner needs to find more mature staff.

Back to Fox&Jane for me! I guess you really do get the quality you pay for. I’d rather pay full price for a professional salon, than get a GroupOn “bargain” and try a new place with...

Very nice salon the decor and set up is great. That being said, the man who was there working on the building was quite rude. They were so paranoid about walls getting touched because of fresh paint. Which I get, but why have wet paint and customers at the same time? I felt like I was intruding. Denise was our stylist she did a cut on my 16 year old son. She seemed a bit nervous I’m guessing she may have been new but was nice. I’ve been looking for a new salon for myself and thought a simple cut for my son would be a good way to test the waters. I don’t think I’ll make an appointment for myself only based on atmosphere. It’s Colorado and everything is under construction I don’t fault them for working on their building at all but to have it going on while your trying feel “pampered” and then feel like your intruding wasn’t it for me. On top of the lack of well anything... it was just so quite aside from the jackhammers and smell of cigarette smoke. Maybe I caught them...

Let me start off by saying Mandy is absolutely amazing! 🤗🤗 I was in the hospital which cause my hair to get extremely matted, then a few weeks after my hospital stay I was not able to do anything to my hair but wash it, causing it to get more matted! I thought for sure I was going to have to chop it all off. I went to Mandy and she is a miracle worker! I got there and we got right to it! She offered me refreshments several times and put in some movies to pass the time! The conversations we had were great and she has a beautiful and positive soul! She was able to salvage a good amount of my hair, color it and style it for me! She gave me my confidence back and I will definitely return for all my hair needs going forward!
