This location was my first introduction to the Fjallraven brand and I couldn't have been more lucky for it to be so. The clothing, all of its own accord, could sell itself considering that everything Fjallraven makes is amazing, however this particular location has employed excellent employees. I didnt stand a chance walking out of the store empty handed. Not only do each of the staff have a personal connection/experiences with the products they are selling, they know every detail and specification down to the composition of the products. Every time I have come to the store, I have immediately been met with genuine courtesy and help. I wish I knew all the names of the people who have helped me, but I do want to thank Pablo for his help! He is an invaluable source of information and represents Fjallraven with a standard of excellence that every employer would no doubt hope to obtain in every one of their employees. Again, I wish I knew the names of all the other employees because they all uphold the same upstanding service and care. Not only is the staff incredible but the selection of gear is abundant and packed into this small store. It has a massive assortment of product and most likely carries whatever you found online and are hoping they have on location. If you're thinking about checking out this store you're in...

I wanted really quick to write about my great experience here in the CO Springs Fjallraven store - I was gifted a gift card over the holidays and wanted to be able to use that for my purchase. I had a particular size and color of the Vidda Pros in mind, which they did not have on location when I visited. Since I needed to use my gift card in store, what they ended up doing for me was call other stores in the state to see if any of them had my size and color, and if they could ship it to my store here in the Springs. Long story short it ended up working out - I was able to use my gift card on the Viddas here in the store. Big shout out to Pablo who went the extra mile and helped make this all happen. Definitely made me a repeat...

A few months ago I stopped by the store and it was well stocked and organized . I was greeted by two really nice and helpful salespeople. I tried several pieces but I was drawn toward the Anorak #8. I tried the garment on (xl) 6.2 ft -220 lbs and it fit perfect (anoraks are supposed to fit loose). Several months later, i was stuck in an ice storm in Texas, with freezing rain and bitter wind chill. I am glad I had my Anorak #8 with me because the fabric and the construction of this outer shell is outstanding. I was impressed by the performance of this garment because it kept me dry and warm since i layered it with a thermal and a flannel shirt. I highly reccomend...
