The ONLY time I get excellent service is when the owner isn't there. When she is there, I explain what I want from the deli, and she says she doesn't have what ever, and gives me an alternate which is the "same", I get it, pay more for it and it's worse. However, when her kind employee are there, its the exact opposite EVERYTIME. As well as the EBT card reader. It works Everytime employees are there, but not when the owner is working. I wish there was completion for her. She doesn't smile, or engage. I feel sorry for the employees. They are the reason I shop there. If I go there and the owner is there, I just leave. I just came home from shopping here . This was the second time I’ve been to this store and last time was December 2018. The first time I went there I noticed when I got home 80% of the items I purchased were expired. I thought maybe this was not a typical thing so I went back today. I purchased $53 worth of items and one of the things I bought was dried fish. I opened the package gave my daughter a bite she asked for more I grabbed another piece and saw that THEY WERE MOLDED !!!! I called and no one helped at all they just said we don’t speak English.
