Subway — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Sandwiches I ordered last night were absolutely horrible. The lady last night forgot to add cheese to one sandwich, put mayonnaise on the sandwich instead of mustard, forgot the lettuce, burn the bread on both sandwiches and to top that off I got the surprise on both sandwiches when I got home to open them up. One case and it tasted like the food has been sitting there for a while. Never in 25 years of ordering at this location have I ever experienced that kind of poor customer service. Next day returned and talk to the manager. I was initiated a refund from the manager and informed that I cannot re-order anything else for 24 hours. The manager was awesome and he definitely deserves a five star. You see people who don’t care when they make your food, will cause issues with people you bond well with. I have no idea what’s wrong with these young people they hire nowadays. Clearly the passion is not there for customer service and great food anymore. It’s always issue after issue with orders and people simply not doing their job. What a shame of a 25 year waste at this location. Went in to subway tonight 3/14/18 around 7:15pm and there was a line. No biggie. There was a heavy girl making sandwiches. She was very flustered and started yelling for someone to come to the front I thought to help her but instead she dipped out on the guy. He was neck deep in sandwiches and running out of sandwich stuff. He asked the girl to get him a few things and she gave him attitude. Couple of times she said they were out then few minutes later she would bring out what he asked for. I don’t understand how you run out of anything with two people working. I will say Bryce did a great job with no help from the girl working with him she just gave him attitude the whole time and no help. Wasn’t paying attention to the online ordering usually order from the one down the street from me. Had my husband go pick it up. got our sandwich looked at them took one bite of my sandwich tasted like crap. Did not have any taste tasted horrible completely did my husband sandwich wrong and I have a favorites and stuff that we put on completely get our order wrong but ended up calling and giving them my online order number husband will go there in the morning and we will get a full refund so that’s good, will not be ordering from this subway again. The one down the street from us always gets our order right next time I will be paying attention when I order from the so that I am ordering from the right one, so this doesn’t happen again.
