Taco Star — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Old lady at the window is extremely unprofessional and rude for no reason. Was willing to spend my money there after a long day of work and she rushes me while I’m trying to order, before I even finish saying what I’m wanted she cut me off…Decided to give benefit of the doubt because she said go to the window , I’m thinking she can’t hear me. So I politely repeat my order to her, she rolled her eyes so obliviously twice after I repeated what I wanted and I swear she slammed that window on me both times so intentionally before I can even give her my card to pay. I almost felt ashamed. Maybe she saw the Puerto Rican flag in my car and tried to make a point? Felt kinda of discriminatory…That was enough for me so instead of engaging in her negativity I drove off. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this establishment. Horrible customer service she needs to stay in the kitchen away from everyone where she belongs. Energy transfer is real she really ruined my mood for a second because I was hungry, but I realize I came to pay for food but left with free negativity. Went to the drive through and ordered a carnitas burrito and a horchata. When I got to the window I paid and they handed me a coke. I took a sip and said hey I ordered an horchata the guy looked at me funny so I repeated myself. He got the manager and I finally got the right drink. They handed me the rest of my food and I drove away. When I was at my next stop several miles away I took a bite of my burrito and it ends up being a breakfast burrito at 1pm. I returned and again was met by the same man that just shrugged his shoulders as if to say so what it's a burrito. After refusing to accept the second incorrect item the manager appeared and told me that I shouldn't have eaten any of the burrito if I was not happy with it. I asked how would I have known it was wrong if I didn't take a bit? She got very angry and finally replaced it with what I ordered. I could hear them ranting in the back the entire time. Very Disappointed. Ordered super nachos for my husband and told them no beans. Got back to the house and they didn't put any meat on the nachos. Took them back to get my order corrected and the older lady at the counter told me very rudely that I was wrong and that I told them no meat or beans. I only told them to hold the beans. The lady was so rude and unprofessional. She kept telling me i didn't pay for meat. I tried to show her my receipt and she flicked it back at me off of the counter. I tired to tell her that I have been a customer for years and she was gonna treat me like that. She then ignored me and took a customers order over the drive through. I have never been treated so poorly at an establishment when it was their mistake. They lost a good customer with me and my family. We will not be going back. BEWARE..... Check your order especially if you say no beans. If there is an error they wont correct it...
