Went to pick up my order at around 945pm after placing online, used my points so the pizza was cheap and I made sure to tip more than my order even was.
I arrived there and there is the manager, who refused to give me her name but had red hair leaning out of the window speaking loudly with the car in front of me, we're the only two vehicles at the store. She proceeds to speak very loudly about doing drugs and kicking people out of her store, both from walking up and from being inside and having a dog with them. She proceeded to make fun of the guy she kicked out and make light of the situation. I waited in line for OVER five minutes, with her not leaving the window ONCE to check on if food was completed or waiting or anything. I sat patiently but after waiting for so long I called out politely "excuse me, do we happen to be on a delay or anything for the food?" She then screams back to me "Excuse YOU sir, you're next in line you'll get your food when you get it." I was just speechless.
She then walks away and less than a minute later comes back with the other vehicles food, they drive off and I pull up. She very rudely asks me what's the name for my order, I give it and she looks over and grabs my food, it looks like it's been there the entire time. At this point I make the comment saying that was pretty rude of her, she responds that she does not care. I ask for her name and as mentioned, she refused to give it stating she did not need to tell me anything. I'm sitting at the window trying to figure out how to contact corporate and she comes back and tells me to leave and she's not telling me anything.
I have ordered from this store for a long time, and I get having a bad day, but the way I was treated for simply asking a question is simply not okay from a service worker no matter the situation. I highly recommend you take the extra drive and go to the Circle location, or really ANY other location in Colorado Springs other than this place.

So I always order from here and I normally have a wonderful time, the delivery is always on time and the order is always correct, but tonight when I ordered my pizzas, the time it was supposed to be at our house was at 8:50 pm but by 9:20 pm the order still hasn't arrived. So we decided to call the store to ask politely why our food was taken so long. Someone of the name of 'Alexis' answered the phone and decided to have an attitude the whole time and give me nothing but excuses and was not trying to solve our problem or give us any type of solution. So we got the owner's name and phone number. But we are so glad that the man who delivered our food turned our whole night around. His name was Mark, and he was so sincerely sorry for being late. His attitude was wonderful and he was on our side. So tomorrow we will be calling again, and leaving a complaint for the horrible service we got...
Read moreI placed an order and it said 35-45 minutes. Over an hour later the food was still not here and it hadn’t even left the store. I called in 3 different times and got hung up on. When I finally got a person, who happens to be the manager, and told her no I couldn’t hold, she said under her breath “Oh God”. She had an attitude with me because I was upset that my $85 order was late and I was trying to get an update. If I could give the store a 0 star rating, I would but it is not allowed. Extremely slow and rude customer service.
