Absolutely amazing furniture quality & customer service. Had quite a few pieces picked up, including a custom desk (that needed to be matched to another piece). When the finished product came back and there was a slight variation between one desk and the next, they went above and beyond to correct the issue, building a new one from scratch (I would have been fine if they hadn't done anything, as the variation wasn't significant).

Most beautiful piece of furniture I have ever owned. The craftsmanship is worth the money, and will last a lifetime. Everything is extremely well built, and the joinery is unmatched compared to any other store in town. Delivery personnel were courteous, professional, and always kept us updated.
