I work swing shift which is midday and ends late at night. My last day of work I usually go out to eat after work or we have work dinner functions where all of my coworkers go out to dinner after work and have a few drinks and eat. Last night I went out with my coworkers, we called ahead to let them know later we’d be in with quite a few people, we were then told they don’t take reservations. We walk in it’s about 5 of us who’d shown up before the big group of us, they said there wasn’t enough people to guarantee 17 seats. If half of us have shown up especially in uniform, you’d should know more are going to be arriving, so at this point we have to sit in the lobby waiting, once 90% of us showed up they now decided to seat everyone. At this point we’d been waiting about 45 mins with everyone standing and waiting around. They took forever to take our orders for drinks which had been about another 45 mins. Some decided to get up and go straight to the bar and order, after this we finally ordered food. Our food did not arrive until closing time. Not to mention one of my coworkers had his kids with him, and they were starving waiting for food which took forever, if you’ve got kids waiting, especially little ones your top priority should at least be able to get their food out ASAP! It’s fair enough to say I won’t be coming back here nor our group. We definitely love to tip well and spend our money where we receive good service. If we aren’t getting timely service and people who will work with you we aren’t coming back. Being restaurants are right outside base and you have people who work all sorts of shifs, hours should be longer and the option to reserve seating should be available, I’ll even accept money down which you will get back once your party has shown up. If you want slow service eat here! There just aren’t enough restaurants who are open late, so the ones that are should make a effort to work with their customers to keep business.

Took a chance at Buffalo Wild Wings since 5 guys was being renovated- big mistake. The friendly and courteous staff earned BWW their only star. We were seated in what I think was the freezer since it felt like it was about 40 degrees in the restaurant. Once our order was taken (a "monster" pulled pork Cuban and a quesadilla) we waited for about 30 minutes to be served. The quesadilla to it's credit was hot, unlike the "Monster" Pulled pork Cuban which was cold. The only monsterous aspect of that sandwich was the $13 price tag, I got the $0.65 "upgrade" for wedge fries which were, of course cold and vaguely wedge-ish. The laughable amount of meat on that sandwich was easily eclipsed by a $5 Subway sandwich, and the "cheese" on top was more of a drizzle of some sort cheese sauce/substitute not the "melted Swiss cheese" advertised. Maybe if I had a few dozen beers the food could've been tolerable, and I probably wouldn't have noticed the price either, but as sober lunch options go this meal and this restaurant should be avoided.

Diners to this place should prepare themselves. I used to go all the time and it was great. However, it is a different story now. My family and I went here for my birthday, figured we hadn't been in awhile. We had to wait 30+ minutes just for a table (and with a hungry and feisty toddler that can be stressful enough. Then our server was rude for the entire night. I understand being busy, I've worked in these areas of customer service for years. But rude and incorrectly getting our order is ridiculous. I ordered a cesar salad and got a house salad. My mother and I ordered our wings extra wet, yet there were many dry spots on our wings. Wing Stop gives you wings swimming in sauce when you say extra wet so this from BWW is truly a disappointment. I won't be coming back. This was one of my worst eating experiences this whole year.

Had only dined in 2 times years back and didn't have a great experience either time. Slow service, not checked on or updated on the status of orders, had to flag down our waitress to get refills on drinks and the bill dropped off. It had been a while and the food was decent, so I decided to make a delivery order.

A bit disappointed when the app said it would be an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. Got door dash notifications about the order and waited. Never got anything more from door dash. Called the restaurant to inquire about the order and after being on hold for a few minutes, was told that someone must have picked it up because they didn't have it. I was told to call door dash because it must be something wrong with the tracking. Called door dash and after being on hold for way too long, told that I needed to bring it up with the restaurant.

I decided to drive to the store and speak with someone directly because by this time I was over speaking on the phone. It had been 2 hours and 20 minutes since I had placed the order. I spoke with someone at the pickup counter. I was told that they know my order was made and packaged because they helped pack the order. I felt like I needed to defend myself and prove that my food was never delivered. All that I wanted to know was what could be done. I was told again to reach out to door dash because it must have been something on their end. I told them that I was instructed by door dash to speak with the restaurant because I placed the order in the Buffalo Wild Wings app.

I was offered for the order to be made again but after all the time, I was over it. I just asked for a refund and placed an order some Domino's because it had been 2 and a half hours since I had placed my order and was able to get my Domino's order in less than 10 minutes. I was told sorry after I had given the information to get the refund, but felt almost like I was an inconvenience for holding up other business of people picking up orders. A sincere apology can mean a world of difference in such an experience. I hope that the experiences I had were one-offs and that the service here is better than what I experienced, but the experiences I have had solidified my stance to not bother with trying to order from here...

I had the worst experience picking up my takeout. I get to Buffalo Wild wings and forget that I'm not driving my own car and have no mast to wear to go inside and get my order. I approach the front door staying at least 15 feet away from the front door. I explained the two workers in the front my situation and they said it was fine that they can process my payment and bring the food out to me whenever its ready. The young gentleman took my card and went inside to check on the status of the food. He then came back and said there was a section to.leave a tip but that I didn't have to leave one since I didn't eat at the restaurant. I told him to go ahead and add 20% tip. He went and processed the payment, as he was returning to the front there was another employee right behind him with my order and my credit card. This employee went ahead and told me with a really bad attitude that they were making an exception, when all other buffalo wild wings are actually bringing the food to peoples cars. I then replied what seemed to be the issue with her when it wasn't a an issue with the initial employees I spoke with. Her response was the following: "Do you want me to go shopping with your card?" and just walked away, i was in awe that she said that and as she was walking away I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came out and spoke to me. After explaining what had happend, he apologized for the incident and he assured me that he would be having a talk with her.. I went ahead and asked him to reverse my first payment that had the tip and to rerun it without the tip. I also told him it wasn't acceptable for and employee to threaten a customer that they will be going shopping with their card. People like her should not be working for restaurants, she is a liability to the restaurant. If she said that to me, there's a big possibility that she has contemplated doing that or maybe has done it in the past. I didn't have to leave a tip but I did, because I know servers works for their tips but after she did what she did i was infuriated and I had the manager take the tip away. Now I have to keep track of my card to make sure no unauthorized charges come up. I will not mention any names but hopefully the manager will...

Fortunately the food was decent, or this would be a one star review...

The service was terrible. We wanted to sit on the patio but it had just been sat (with it’s only table), so the hostess was hesitant about seating us there for some reason. We assured her that we wouldn’t be pushy if she double sat the patio. Keep in mind we would have only made it 2 tables sat on the patio, so it shouldn’t have been a big deal.

We were sat on the patio and about a minute later, the server came out to her other (one) table twice (once to drop off an appetizer and a second to drop off drinks that somehow didn’t make it out before the app. This should have been our first sign), but didn’t greet or even acknowledge us.

After the server didn’t return for another 5 minutes (we’ve now been sitting for probably 10 min now without even being greeted), we went and asked to be sat inside, hoping a different would actually provide service.

We were sat inside where we were agin not greeted for several minutes, even though 3 servers walked by us without any greeting or even acknowledging us. After about 4 or 5 minutes of sitting, we were finally greeted by our original server, who advised that she “would just take us” when she found out that we still hadn’t been greeted. Considering we’d been at the restaurant for about 15 min now, we were ready to order our food and drink.

Our food came out quickly, very quickly, but the wings weren’t super fresh which led me to believe that they were pre-made and flashed in the fryer to warm them up. Overall the food was a 3/5 today, but unfortunately my water was empty about halfway through my meal and was never refilled during our visit, which just added to the bad service.

I would have gladly informed the manager about these issues, but she walked by our table several times without addressing or even looking at our table. She even addressed the table next to us for similar concerns of bad service (empty drinks), and apparent poor food quality, however she still didn’t think to check in on us.

We’ve been Buffalo Wild Wing customers since they were BW3 (in Arvada, CO), and this was by far the worst service we’ve ever encountered.

I should clarify that our visit only had a...
