The clerk was so rude. She put the wrong game in the wrong cover. We noticed this before we left the parking lot. When we came in to fix the problem, she was so rude to both of us. We tried to ignore her attitude three times but on the fourth time when she tossed the receipt at my husband, I told her she didn’t have to be so rude. Her manager came over and had to correct the situation and as he was, she was in the other register talking to a customer about us still being rude. The manager didn’t correct her behavior but to be fair I don’t think he heard her - I’m giving him excuses. Then the customer the clerk was speaking to decided to chime in and not we were being attacked by another woman and again the manager didn’t correct the issue. I’m sure this had nothing to do with the fact my husband was black and me Latina and they all were white - sarcasm. So again she put the wrong game in the case, she offered no apology but a lot of rude behavior and excuses and then continued to escalate the situation by getting other customers involved. Read moreReally terrible experience. Employee was ignorant too. Walked in for a used PlayStation controller. All of the same controllers had all different prices. Tried handing over one that was more expensive so I asked for the one for $54.99 instead of $59.99 I saw behind the counter. Well it rang up $59.99. Asked about military discount, he rang that up which SOMEHOW made it MORE expensive. He just said I’ll just ring it up again. Still rang up $59.99. Expressed concerns about price and the employee just kept saying “I don’t know” and I asked what he meant? He just kept saying “I don’t know what you want me to tell you”. I said again, please just match the sticker price and he very rudely responded “I’m new idk how to do that I don’t know what you want me to tell you”. Opened the controller and it’s CRUSTY. Not cleaned at all. Returning controller another day when hopefully another employee is working.

Picked up a new Xbox series S and was told by a very rushed employee that I needed to buy a gold membership card from them as well for an extra $60 in order to have access to all the games and perks of being a new console owner. I got home and was setting up my console, and read that the gold membership doesn’t include game pass or anything like that, which I wanted. So I didn’t use or open/scratch the code for the card and instead signed up online for a month to month membership which includes game pass. Went back expecting to return my unopened and unused card that they told me I needed, which I had a receipt for and had only purchased a day prior. They unapologetically told me they refused to return, refund, or exchange that card even though they gave me false information which caused me to buy it. Obviously these employees only care about sales, because they didn’t care to explain their products with me. Couldn’t be more unhappy with my experience here.
