10/10 experience that should become a regular part of your self-care routine! I cannot say enough about Collective Hue and the luxurious head spa experience (my only regret was that I only booked 60-minute session not 90!). Excellent communication and ease booking appointments for my grown daughter and me. It was our first time thereâvery clean and friendly. Michele and Vesna were our technicians who first completed a hair analysis with a high tech microscope view of follicle and scalp health and needs. From the moment you walk in the quiet treatment room you are transported to peace and relaxation. Three curtained off head spa stations allow you to grab your mom, daughter, bestie or bridesmaids to indulge in hair care together (this was the only place in town where we could go at the same time). In the treatment lounges you are wrapped in a weighted blanket where you will feel relaxed and cozy while your hair and scalp are scrubbed, sprinkled, and brushed into docile submission. Included is a lovely hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage with a body scrub that left me soft and deeply moisturized. The halo of water will melt your tension away (and not a drop on the face!) and after all of the head massage I felt very zen! At the end we popped back under the microscope to do an âafterâ view of scalp health, then some red light therapy, scalp massage, scalp oil and a blow dry. I cannot believe how soft my hair feels! This is truly something we will add into our regular wellness and self care routine, and so should you! I would put it right up there with monthly massage clubs. Owner Shishi is such a blessing. Very professional, courteous and kind attending to all of our needs. You absolutely must go and breathe new life into...
Read moreI'm so glad I found Collective Hue! It's an amazing one stop shop for all your beauty needs.
Danielle is amazing! She did a balayage and cut for me. I have thinning hair due to a thyroid condition and my naturally curly hair was just not cooperating with me. Danielle listened to my concerns and also took my hair health into account. We ended up cutting a significant amount of hair off, but my hair looks and feels so much better now, and I have lots of body with my new cut and natural curls. And the color she did is so beautiful! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair! I really love what she did!
The owner, Shishi, tinted my eyebrows and did a wonderful job! They look perfect! She is a wonderful, kind woman and gave me a lot of good advice about my lash extensions.
I also had Kass do a new full set of classic lashes on me the following week. My former lash tech was actually gluing the lashes to my eyelids, which was painful and damaging. I'm pretty new to lashes so I'm still learning what is and isn't good application and technique. Kass took such care removing the old lashes, which were much to large and heavy for my fine natural lashes (and not what I asked for from my former tech). Kass took great care to make sure my new look was exactly what I wanted while also making sure it would keep my natural lashes healthy. She was so kind and taught me a lot about caring for my lash extensions and maintaining my natural lash health. I can tell she really does care about keeping your natural lashes healthy, which is so important to me.
Thank you to all the wonderful ladies at Collective Hue! It is evident that these women take pride in what they do and have a passion for helping others look and...
Read moreFirst time here and saw a stylist named McKayla. I was excited about my hair goals. Before getting started she sounded confused on what she was able to do for my hair. I showed her three photos of a the same girl with red hair that I was aspiring too. She made it seem like she can do anything but she also told me to have my expectations low. She left me in the hair bowl for almost 40 mins with toner and by the time she came back and washed it off my hair got darker. When she blowed dried it. I was unsatisfied and told her If she could use clarifying shampoo to bring the red color out more. She was very rude at the chair when washing my hair, she pulled my hair hard out of anger I think or frustration. She said a few other things that were really mean, and she kept arguing how she knew what she was doing. She kept blaming me and I was actually scared of her and I wanted to get out of there as quickly as I could. She over charged me for haircut also that she didnât even finish since she just trimmed the very ends it was barely a haircut and itâs like she didnât care if I left happy or not. She just wanted to be right. Thatâs a sign of not a nice stylist. Iâve had some amazing stylist in my lifetime and she was definitely someone I will not be returning to. I paid what she asked and left really disappointed. Since she didnât even fully blow dry my hair or style it. People should know now to ever feel scared by their hairdresser that just wanted to keep fighting to be right. I just told her I really donât wan to argue anymore. She created a very hostile...
