Would not recommend and will never support this business again. He has no sense of customer service. I’ve heard and seen several other reviews as well talking about how rude he was or how he messed up people clothing but was referred from a friend so gave a try and he screwed me i took my $2000 wedding dress in to get alterations I asked him when I was in there how long it takes he told me I met him at the register to pay and he said I can pay when I pick up so I said okay and left. I called the day he told me pick up to see if it was ready he says no because you didn’t pay yet I said well I walked to your register to pay and you said I pay when I pick up and so I’m asking well how long will it take from the time I pay and he just kept repeating himself and talking over me and started getting aggressive over the phone saying he’s going to do the dress come pay come pay but he was soooooo rude and aggressive towards me I said you know what I’m going to just come pick up my dress!! I had a friend go pick up for me due to my schedule and he was not trying to give me my $2000 WEDDING dress back until I threatened to call the police! He could have handled the situation better and still had my business but now I will never step foot back in his place of business and would never recommend anyone to go there. He is so rude and...

I had the absolute worst experience I couldn’t even walk in without the owner staring me down and telling me that whatever I break I have to pay even though I was literally just looking. Not even after that the owner won’t let me shop and look around in peace, I was gonna buy something so I picked up the item but then the owner yelled at me to put it down and to stop touching things and then he proceeded to go on and kick me out for literally doing nothing but looking at the items. I can’t believe this and I’m absolutely outrageous, in the near future have better costumer service! And to think that I would have spent my good hard earned money on that place. If this is how they treat me I wonder how they treat...

Jerome, the owner, is an excellent alterations guy. I was planning to be in the Springs and had a favorite Mud Cloth jacket needing repairs. I drove up from Denver. I asked for his assistance. He took it right to his sew room and made the repairs on the spot. Now I can wear my mud cloth hoody and not risk it tearing more. I so appreciate his customer service, and his store is filled with many gems like perfume oils? Soaps and clothing and accessories.
