I've never had to post a review until now. I ate here twice and the 2nd time i was bragging about how good the food was to a friend until i was overcharged on my bank card, so i went in the store to to dispute i was charged more on my card than what the receipt said and the employees basically said they couldn't do anything about it and the managers vivian or mairiam wouldn't be in until the next morning. I go in the next morning and show them my bank statement which shows my total was adjusted (which we all know that meansit was changed) said the couldn't do anything because the boys couldn't do that and i would have to wait and see if the owner would do anything. At that point i assumed the girls were in on the scam with the employee that adjusted my total because if you're a professional why would you act like there is nothing you can do knowing they're clearly at fault and when i called in after that. Nobody had contact info for the manager or owner, didn't know when they'd be in and one employee told me that they'd refund the full amount of the meal the the next day i was told that they would only refund what i was overcharged and kept trying to argue with me. I believe they are overcharging people and pocketing the cash. They gave me the run around and i figured an honest review warning people was worth more than the money i was overcharged and i will tell as many people as i can not to eat there because the employees are stealing...
Read moreThe legend of the jumbo carne asada burrito is real!! I heard the story as it was passed down from generation to generation. I would hear whispers about it in corners and dark alleys. I always just thought of these stories as just an urban legend. Nothing could prepare me for what I found. The legend was reality!! Me and my brother took the information that we had gathered over several years. We used that to create a map to seek out the infamous burrito. It took us a decade to finally track down what we had been seeking for so long. We sacrificed so much in those 10 years only to make this public for everyone else to see. Our families left us, we lost jobs, lost friends, spent every last cent we had and even spent some time in jail all to find the truth. Our quest would be so worth it in the end. Finally last week our search would end and our reward would be magnificent. Who would have known all of this time our Graceland, our holy grail, the freaking land where Gods dine is a little place in south Spring called El Super Taco. Me and my brother, still skeptical about this being the house of the legendary jumbo carne asada burrito walked up to the counter and asked, "Is this the house of the mythical jumbo carne asada burrito?". Reyna, our cashier asked if we would get our order to go because they were closing in 30 minutes. I told her our intent was to eat our dinner there. She asked again if we would get our order to go. We were not given a choice. I grudgingly agreed and got our order to go. As I looked around, everyone else was receiving their orders to go also. If we had walked in five minutes before closing, that would be an acceptable request. I was extra put off by this lousy and rude customer service. How dare we inconvienience this establishment by ordering a half hour before closing! If I ever receive lousy customer service like this again, my next contact will be the Better Business Bureau and the owner. Count on me returning next week, same time to find out if changes have been made. Reyna, learn some customer service skills. You are the face of the business.
The customer is always right. You are there to serve customers. Your business is open untill the posted time says you are closed. If a customer walks in at closing, you cheerfully serve them. You have no right to ask a customer to modify their requests to suit your desires.
