KFC — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

The customer service was horrible except for the one young man who greeted and took my order originally. I am not at all in shock when I hear vulgar music and language. I was not in shock to hear it in the store but I was completely disappointed in the vulgar racial slurs and curse words blaring out of the radio In the restaurant. Whomever the Manager is in this store needs to do a clean sweep with his early evening staff. So extremely unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful to all who enter to order or pick up food. This is not just a warning situation this should be an absolute dismissal of their position. By the way they carried themselves I do believe they would be relieved as they looked as though they hated their job and didn’t want to be there. The young woman who I asked about the specials… had no idea about specials and was not even willing to find out. The young man who gave me my food dropped it on the counter rudely… did not hand it to me though I was right there…as I said thank you… I received no response… so I said I appreciate it louder and again no response. I say to you… the manager… if you have cameras in your store… look at the footage from today around the times of 6:00pm to 7:30pm. So embarrassed for this store and for all who are exposed to this restaurant and these 2 employees. Where is the customer service training? Is it that difficult to find decent employees that are grateful to make a paycheck? I have a 3 year old grandson who I almost brought with me to get some food… I promise if I brought him in with me and that music was playing with him there… I would have asked for the store managers information as well as put in a formal complaint to whomever is the chain owner. I still may put in a complaint to chain owner as I am certain he would appreciate to know how his store is being...

I came here with my toddler to get dinner for the family, and the floors were wet, and my toddler slipped and the employees just stood there watching and trying not to laugh. There was not a wet floor sign anywhere so you wouldn't know to be cautious. I ordered a kids meal with chicken tenders and some mashed potatoes for my daughter, and I got the Kentucky Fried Steak Special Meal on a Wednesday which I had heard from my friends was real good. My daughter got a soft drink and a rude employee pushed her as she was walking past, said, 'Excuse me,' in a quiet voice as if she didn't mean it. When this employee pushed my daughter she dropped her drinks and one of the employees with glasses was talking about us behind our backs and giving us the finger and saying cuss words. I got some napkins to try to clean the mess up, and jerked back. There was a smashed piece of poop on the napkin holder, and when I complained the employees laughed and told me they're not the cleaning crew here and I should go talk to the manager. The manager was not there. I would've told the manager to fire those two girls if he were there. When we got our food and we were checking to make sure everything was in the bag, I had to go to the bathroom so I told a nice lady who I happened to be friends with to watch my toddler. When I went in the bathrooms they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, there was a pee ring in the toilet and a piece of paper on the floor that said, 'Playboy show.' When I came back out my toddler was crying and her mouth was bleeding because her chicken tenders were hard as rock and had knocked two of her teeth out. The mashed potatoes had clumps in them and were obviously mixed potatoes, not homemade. Luckily I live in Arizona, and I don't live by this terrible...

Got there around 7:45 pm. Not a single customer. Ordered the new 8 piece spicy wings. ( Was given 7)and a mashed potato bowl. Kindly asked if they could have the chicken cooked up fresh due to a 25 minute drive home, also asked for extra ranch. The lady taking the order said it's all fresh and I thanked her. I got to the window and paid. Received my order immediately which was odd that I was told it was fresh. Don't think the wings and the chicken in the bowl could be fresh in 10 seconds but believed her. She had no personality at all. From the the start. Ordering and the puck up window. I got on S Academy and decided to reach for a wing at a red light. NOT fresh at all! Don't know if they bread their wings there but from my understanding they are double breaded and made to be crispy. I was excited and hyped up by seeing youtube reviewers rave about the crunchy breading, full of flavor, juicy on the inside and literally hot to the touch as in, YES they are certainly fresh, right out of the fryer. Well, these were not fresh at all, did not seem double breaded at all, no crunch like I had heard from youtube reviewers. Even the chicken bits that go with the mashed potato bowl were stale. And... I had asked for extra ranch dipping sauce, didn't get any ugh! Even the guy I can see in the back bagging up the food looked like he had lost his best friend and just wanted to go to bed.
