My wife placed an order on line for me to pick up. I got here at 6:55. I was told 15-20 minute wait. It is now 8:25. I'm not even next. I understand they are remodeling. Here's a hint...when remodeling, close down and knock the remodel out! It is now too dark to read the book I almost finished. I am left writing a novel length poor review. I was on my way home from the grocer...other patrons say I'm lucky I thought to bring food to Taco Bell. The atmosphere in the parking lot is pleasant. We have music and there is talk of going to Mavarick for cocktails. I shudder to think what my ice cream is looking like. Soup I expect. The Avs game started half an hour ago. Will it finish before I get home? When you find my desiccated carcass in the TB parking lot, please tell my wife and kids I died doing what I love. The windows are down on the car, so the rotting food won't stink too bad, at least no worse than the rotting me. After 1.5 hours of listening to rap music, it is starting to grow on me. Can someone please send one of those dogs they use to rescue people in the Alps that have a small barrel of whiskey on their collars to the TB on Hancock and Academy? On the bright side, I now have new friends I probably would never have met otherwise who are eternally bonded by the long wait. Oh...maybe I died in a car accident on my way here from the grocer and my personal hell is wanting delicious Taco Bell food but never again being able to eat it for all eternity. It is now 835. Cowboy star, who's goal is to slow people down whole eating would have been faster.
Uptade--at 845, the door opened an my order arrived! As usual it was more than 80% correct.
I only waited 50 minutes the night Mexican Pizza returned. I once waited 45 minutes for 1 cheesey roll up for a hungry child at Mesa Ridge TB. I haven't returned to that TB in 10 years. Fountain TB you are the last TB in my area. Please don't let ne down because I...
Read moreI am so frustrated I made a new Google account since I previously posted a review on this Taco Bell several months ago and I also think it's ridiculous that you cannot go to a place more than once and review it! (#LocalGuides - stores, restaurants, every place really changes! Management, cooks, owners, and employees! So that changes the experience!)
I can't believe that it is impossible to change from a spicy sauce to red sauce without a $0.22 charge. You're obviously getting nothing extra and if you look at their app-you see the prices to add the original sauce on the stuff that I eat it is $0.30 or more so it would seem that they would actually be saving on food cost without disappointing and making a customer angry. When I would like a snack and I get a mini quesadilla for a dollar I am not going to pay $0.22 more to change from a sauce I know cost $0.30 because if you look at just that they're already saving $0.08 in food cost and then as my picture shows even though I mentioned many times I cannot eat spicy food they gave me a bunch of sauce at the window (12) which just makes their food cost go up when I said No at the speaker box and I said No at the window but they put it in the bag anyway but they couldn't take the time to squirt a little bit of red sauce on my Mexican pizza without charging me $0.22!
I have zero problem paying more when I am getting more if I get an a.m. Crunchwrap with steak and I order extra steak of course I'm going to pay more because I'm getting something extra. I do get that it's just fast food and it's not a gourmet meal or a sit-down restaurant or anything close to that, but they should be concerned with customer satisfaction and since tonight I ordered 7 Things there's absolutely no reason not to put a little bit of red sauce so the food isn't so dry just because I cannot eat chipotle sauce or jalapeno sauce or many of their...
Read moreI went to this Taco Bell with 3 coworkers for lunch. The employee told us we had to use the kiosks to order. I ordered first with my other coworker paying together, followed by my 2 coworkers. After four people got their orders that ordered after me, I went up to the counter to ask what was going on. The older female employee working immediately responded with,"I'm the only one making the kiosk orders. It will be up in a minute." After 7 people who ordered after me received their orders, my coworker stepped in to ask what was going on. When she tried to explain to the same employee what was happening, the employee raised her hand and yelled at her," If you would just let me explain, I'm the only one doing these orders, I have to get back to making food." She immediately walked away and would not resolve the issue. The only saving grace was the other female employee working drive thru who saw what was going on and tried to help us. I even pulled up my bank account to show them that they took the $18 out of it so my order was in fact there. Over the period where she was looking, myself and my coworkers noticed 2 other people who had been missing items from the kiosk orders and tried to confront the older female employee and she also yelled at those customers. The nice employee eventually got them to make our food and I received it after almost 50 minutes of waiting. Unfortunately, my black bean chalupa was filled with ground beef and I have been a vegetarian for 13 years. I went through all of this to get food I couldn't eat. I am usually a very non-confrontational person, but after this experience I have called corporate so that they can hopefully resolve the attitude that this employee has. Completely unacceptable, will not...
