Today I placed a bowl order through the app and when I had got there, it was ready and everything which was great, but when I proceeded to try it, it was completely horrible so I went back to ask him if they could remake it and hand them to drink They proceeded to ask me to go back around or go inside because the next person order was ready, which is fine you know I completely understand I go back around and get my drink. It was worse like they had dumped my old drink, took out the ice water it down, and they handed it back to me with some cold foam on it, and it was completely horrible inside. Talk to the manager, pacifically with the eyelashes black hair Proceeds to give me a problem instead of just remaking my drink and satisfying me or asking me if I want a simple replacement like she shouldn’t be working a in customer service if she has attitude and stank face every time someone comes to her with a problem not my first time I have incident there with her and at this store where they made the drinks, good one day and then the next it’s not the same. There should be a consistency where everybody is making the drinks the same way and then they always want to overcharge on oat milk or almond milk when I order to the app. It charges me for almond milk and oat milk, which is fine but when I get to the store, they’re overcharging way more than they do on the app. The whole management needs to be talked to or get retrained on customer service because they do not have it in them they never can sit there and satisfy the customer or they always have a problem always trying to overcharge people charging them for additional fees when they could just simply satisfy customer oh, I’m so sorry about that. Not even a sorry. Oh, I apologize nothing , just there with negative attitudes and face expressions could say it all I continue to only come back just for the cookie butter cold brew, but once it’s out, I’m not coming back to this location at all, and I will continue to return my drinks until they make them properly As for the managers, please find another job because customer service is not it for you. Read more0 stars because of the shift lead by the name of Jewel. I ordered via the app and upon arrival I waited for my items. Finally Jewel asked me if I was waiting on something. I stated yes, I'm still waiting on my bagel. She says I'm yes we don't have any plain bagels. I said I'll take a refund and she told me to request a refund on the app. I explained that it wasn't possible. To make a very long story short I handed her my phone and she couldn't do it either because like I stated it's not possible. She refused to give me the managers info nor inform me of the other store in Fontana. She processed with it's not my responsibility to refund you. That's your responsibility. She states she can't give me a drink for the same price or a gift-card for the price. There's nothing she can do today for me. She was rude to say the least and wanted an argument. She also insisted I get another food item at some point which I told her my daughter didn't like anything but the plain bagel. She stated then why are you buying from here. What? Read moreAs most, I was excited to see a Dunkin near me. The first time I went I walked in and was greeted and served quickly. The very next day went in and waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before I was ever greeted. I should not have waited, but I wanted to order a coffee to get my day started on the right foot. I finally got noticed and placed my order for a Cold Brew only. I got upset because my order was ignored because there were a few cars. All of the cars were done and I was still waiting. I asked about my drink and they gave me a dirty look and finally made it. The manager on duty was useless. I asked her why it took so long and said "we are very busy". How could all of the cars that showed up after me be done and all I ordered was 1 cold brew with no add-ons?! I gave them one more try, and guess what? Another bad experience. Everyone at this location needs to be trained on customer service.
