Update: After new mgmt responded below, I reached out as they asked and they replied rightaway. They sent proof of the refund right then and it was back on our card a few days later. Great response and I'd definitely be willing to consider R.Home under the new mgmt. Thanks!

Original Review: Ordered back in September. We did get a sectional we bought but there was also 4 chairs that never arrived. We've had excuses or non responsiveness in the 8 months since. No updates, no chairs, no refund. We're filing with...
