Worst experience ever! Owner is very rude please save your money and shop elsewhere. The owner knows nothing about dresses. Owner would not let me order a smaller size dress she made order what her “measurements” said. Once the dress came in, in the size she made me order it was so big I could not physically keep the dress on my body. She sent me to her seamstress who then completely botched the dress. I then had to buy another dress two days before my wedding as I needed something that would not need altering. Unfortunately the second dress I found was at this shop. The owner did nothing for us but gave us a $200 discount. The first dress cost $2,000 and due to the lack of knowledge that the owner has of dresses and her seamstress, that money was wasted and I still had to pay over $2,000 for the second dress. The owner kept blaming me and took no responsibility at all. This formal boutique is truly spectacular. I brought my neice to them in March 2025 to find a prom dress after searching extensively between Cool Springs and Huntsville. She is a larger girl, and we had no luck at other major stores and shops. First of all, the have a HUGE selection with all the color and size ranges you could want. The best part however, is how they treated her. From the second she walked in the door they made her feel incredibly special, probably more so than anyone outside of our family has ever made her feel. They helped her find and hone in her style. They sang her praises on every dress. And, all I had to do was wait for her to come out of the dressing room each time, looking more and more beautiful. The BEST place to find your dress in the Middle Tennessee area. My mom and I went to many different stores to find a prom dress for myself the past 2 years just to see the variety and options, but both years, we found the perfect dress at Britt's. Not only is their selection fantastic, but one thing I noticed is they have a very positive staff that is very attentive. Other stores across the area made me feel like I was their last priority or even told me I was a plus size, then left me in the dust to fend for myself when picking out a dress.
