Absolutely horrible experience & treatment. Fully expected a wait on Mother's Day but not a 1+ hour wait with no notice. Placed my order (small order of 3 bagels) in store and the greeter didn't bother to inform me that the current wait time was at least 45-60mins for bagels. After waiting 1 hr asked for the order to be cancelled & money refunded. It was but then I saw what I thought was my order being made. Said I would repay for the order. Was told it wasn't mine & that mine was no where near ready. Walked out the door and got a text my order was ready. Went back in to collect & repay. Again told my order was not ready and it was just to give me the empty cups for coffee (that I would need to fill myself). So at the end of the day waited over an hour for empty coffee cups. Ended up going home empty handed on Mother's Day well over an hour later than planned. My biggest issue was they knew they were running horribly behind and didn't bother to disclose this fact to customers coming into the store placing orders of the wait time. If you are going to make people wait 1+ hours for bagels. Tell them first before you take their money. Bad...

I normally have a positive experience when I go to THB Columbia. Today not so much. I ordered ahead so I could grab and go...that didn't quite happen. When I got to the restaurant my order had been stolen. I reported that my order was not at the online station, the staff kinda stared at me for a few seconds, found my ticket and said "oh, that order was given out already" as if I didn't just say my order wasn't there. The runner behind the counter ensured me that they would rush my order, however rush isn't the word I would use for how long it took my order to be made. When I finally sat down to enjoy my sandwich 2mins later the food was cold (I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese everything bagel toasted). So cold in fact that the cheese didn't melt as it sat on top of eggs and bacon. I spend my money here because it's usually tasty. The staff today left much to be desired. It's not the staff's fault someone took my food. Their response to what happened could have made all the difference and instead of ending this experience satisfied I felt disappointed....

Ordered from delivery from here through Uber eats and it was the worst. We ordered a lox, onions and capers bagel with vegan cream cheese as well as an extra 1/2 lb of vegan cream cheese, half dozen extra bagels and a pickle. First of all, we didn’t get the pickle (fine..). Second, there was a note in the bag that said “we don’t have vegan cc”. Third, the lox bagel came without any vegan cream cheese just the lox, onions and capers. Fourth, we got a tiny tub (definitely NOT a 1/2 lb) of regular cream cheese. So no cream cheese on the bagel but a tub of regular cream cheese anyway? And fifth, the half dozen bagels were twice the size of the lox bagel so clearly they don’t use the same bagels for the sandwiches that they have otherwise. Luckily Uber eats refunded me for what was missing…but definitely not going to order from here again…not even worth the trouble because the bagels weren’t...
