I’ve been in search of a good health food store in the area since moving here and I’ve officially found it! Columbia Health Foods is a hidden gem. They’re very knowledgeable of their products as well as extremely helpful. I’m constantly on the lookout for stores that carry EWG (Environmental Working Group) certified products. They offered brands I haven’t been able to find anywhere else and even offered to order specific products for their store to provide what customers are needing. This store is not open on Saturday's like it says on Google maps and their website. Drove down from Spring Hill just to try them out. Only open Monday thru Friday. Very large selection of homeopathic remedies, vitamins, supplements, detox kits and fresh baked gluten free foods. Family owned and operated, knowledgeable staff. They do have limited hours. Please note they close by 3 pm on Saturday and are closed on Sunday.
