The employee there had a terrible attitude and clearly did not want to be there.

She did not know the store’s return policy and tried to give me store credit. I tried to explain to her what it says on the website. She raised her voice to me in front of other customers saying that “I work IN the store and not online so I don’t care what it says online, I’m not giving you the refund.” I took the clothes and left after she continued to yell at me. The other customers were in shock as well.

I had to call the customer service phone number who agreed that the return policy is what is on the website and called the store and asked the employee to give me a refund. The customer service rep was nice and stayed on the phone with me while the employee reluctantly gave me the refund, giving me nasty looks and raising her voice the entire time! I had anxiety and palpitations the entire time because she was being so nasty and mean!

I did nothing wrong except try to return my items! And the lady made me feel harassed! She was nasty, rude, and treated me with complete disrespect. She should not work with customers! And clearly needs better training on the store’s return policy.

I will probably never return to this store after this...

Freaking Amazing!!!! I looked all over for weeks for a dress to wear to a wedding in the south of Spain (different season than us & a specific color scheme for the wedding, photos are below!) & Thank goodness for Andie! She was so helpful in helping me find the most perfect dress! I loved it so much I ordered it in black so that I could have two!!! Still need to go pick that up but omg I love this place! If you are looking for any special occasion or to just have nice clothes that you won’t see on anyone else this is the place to go! Side note: they also have super cute gift items!!! The sales rep who helped me check out did not ask for consent when she attempted to sign me up for their rewards card.
