Office Depot — Local services in Columbia

I usually visit the Office Depot on Two Notch, and have an Excellence experience! Today I visited the Five points location. And this will be my last time using this Copy and Print location. From my arrival earlier at 1:45, the employee (African American with Locs in her hair) name tag wasn’t visible. Immediately began to Brush me off, Requesting that the only way for me to be able to complete my print job was to do it online. After trying to navigate the online system, she finally decided to Do Her Job! SMH… She within minutes, was able to pull up my print order from the business computer at the store, and process my orders. I paid for all 3 Transactions with no problem, by CC. Was told my order would be ready in 30mins. I left, and came back. Only to Open the Boxes that my print order was in, and be HIGHLY UPSET!!! It was NOT what I Ordered, or Even expected! She did begin to correct the matter. I thought we were getting somewhere, then I was told that she had to Refund me, then ring me up again. Now my Order isn’t complete, and I have to pay DOUBLE for her mess up! A manager comes over, and He’s unable to process my refund. So now I’m Really Over It!! Now I HAVE to pay, DOUBLE Again for an order that wasnt my mess up!!! MORAL OF THIS COMPLAINT!!! Use ANY OTHER COPY & PRINT station,...

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered a 24x36 photo board for my husbands surprise 40th birthday. It was supposed to be ready same day, which I paid extra for and was not. When I finally got the confirmation to pick it up, I waited about 15 minutes to speak to someone and then found out, they transferred it to a different store that was about 15-20 minutes away and very inconvenient to get to. They never called to let me know this and told me they would work on doing better to inform the customers in the future. The manager said he drove by the other store every day and would pick it up the following day on his way to work. The next day I drove to the store and he just looked at me dumbfounded and said "Oh, I forgot." I expect that from my kids, not a place of business that already messed up. Needless to say, the party was this past Saturday and the photo board is still at the location I did not order it from. I will never order...

This is a review nearly 3 YEARS in the making. I came into this store around July of 2017 looking for a briefcase. Chris Dimitriadis assisted me with locating the PERFECT briefcase, and because of this, I told Chris that I would leave him a nice review....THANK GOD, I didn't say that I would do it immediately. I've LITERALLY been walking around with his business card in my wallet since then, refusing to throw it away, because I TOLD HIM that I would leave a review and when I say I'm going to do something....darn it....I DO IT......eventually.
