Please be very cautious of ever going to this salon. I’ve been going to Amanda for about 7 months and have given her thousands of dollars of my hard earned money. Last week I decided to go in to get my extensions removed and start transitioning back to blonde. I had a substantial amount of virgin brown hair and the rest was previously lightened to a caramel dark blonde color. She told me the service wouldn’t cost more than 425 and take longer than 4 hours max. 8 hours later she was finally done and she ended up charging me 525 for a lightening service which she tried to convince me was a color correction which it wasn’t. I leave the salon and start inspecting my hair to realize my roots look like they haven’t been touched in months and I have 5 different shades of blonde in my hair. I freak out and decide to get a second opinion from a different stylist . This stylists points out that I have breakage all over my head and that it is extremely damaged. Amanda refuses to give me a refund and take accountability for what she’s done. Although she did offer for me to come in and fix it, it’s impossible to trust someone that has left you with broken pieces of hair all over your head as well as lie about what a color correction is and act as if she was not the one who caused the breakage and damage in my hair. I feel if she wanted to provide good customer service she would own up to her bad job and at least give a 50% refund. as I have spent thousands of dollars at her salon. I left with an extreme color correction needed. Please be very cautious of giving her your business. She uses Venmo as a means for payment and forces you not to have buyer protection during transactions. This is extremely suspicious and not how salons operate. I was overcharged and left with dead damaged hair and absolutely no remorse. I attached a picture of what my hair used to look like to prove that it was not damaged before the service. If you’re looking to lighten your hair or get extensions I advise you go somewhere else as you can get it done for much cheaper and a better job. She is more focused on making money than ever having your best interest at hand.

UPDATE/Response to Owner: Amanda..you and I both know that what you're saying is false. I never did a blonding service at home? I have been coming to you for 7 months and my before pictures show me with my dark brown hair all of over your instagram, google, and website. I haven't had a Brazilian blowout for over a year when I first came to you and haven't had one since. Before our last appointment I messaged you telling you that I wanted to get my extensions out and start TRANSITIONING to blonde 3 weeks before our appointment! I'm not quite sure why you continue to lie and not own up to what you did when I have proof of everything. This is a very bad look for you and your business. P.S. For anyone reading this, if a stylists ever asks you to sign a waiver before a service..RUN. I learned this the hard way but was told by family and friends that work in the industry. Amanda is such an advocate for women experiencing hair loss/hair thinning. My body and hair have been through significant changes. I had finally grown my hair out and it was fuller than ever. Amanda was so professional and knowledgeable. I had a hair disaster when I came in.
