I'm happy I discovered this distillery. It has a very big space and an extensive cocktail list to choose from. The woman behind the bar let me know that they rotate the menu a fair amount, too. I started with a flight of some of their whiskey/bourbons. They have other distillery offerings, though, and beer. The cocktails were fun and good, with a lot of high-quality ingredients. The furniture is also a nice, cozy touch that makes you want to stay awhile. I'll definitely visit again on my next trip to Columbia.

They also offer tastings of all their spirits and you can buy bottles to take home. Don't miss this place.

Normally a five star. Not tonight. French 75 in a paper cup. No garnish (lemon slice normally). Sangria in a paper cup. Hemingway daiquiri in a paper cup. Not sure it even had rum in it. Tasted only of citrus and no garnish (usually a cherry). Whiskey sour WAS done right and served in beautiful glassware. Wasn't crazy busy. I don't go out to get a drink in a paper cup... Not sure if we will try again. Brought my daughter and her husband who had not been there before. It was...
